Damm that web site I want everything on it,,I went there after Nordstrom sold out of the daisy earrings in one day, yes one day, then ventured to the Loren Hope website. Lord help me I bought two more pairs of earrings. The online customer service is beyond comparison I probably had 10 emails going over decision making and quick response. Now if I just had tha money to buy the magnificent white opal stack...going to buy from them direct and not Nordstrom anymore.

I purchased 3 pair of ruby heart earrings for Valentines Day for our daughters, a set of the beautiful wine charms for a friend and a pair of the Betty Bow drop earrings... we LOVE our purchase! A shout out to Ashley Brooke for introducing me to Loren Hope on her blog!

I ordered 3 pieces of which 2 are gifts. The one item that was for me was received broken. It was the Sydney necklace in gold. One of the stones was not attached to the necklace. So when you took it out of the jewelry pouch the loose stone came out first. Based on the price I was extremely disappointed with the quality. This item has been shipped back today, 2/12/19. I only hope the gifts sustain especially the bracelet set and a choker necklace. The pictures appear to look better than the actual items. This was my first order and unsure if I’ll be a return customer. I’ll see how quickly they act to the item being returned.
