The customer service agreed to consolidate my 3 separate orders and send to a different address, which was great and i deeply appreciated... Until 1 of the orders got shipped to the original address, which was disappointing. Whilst it was my fault that i input a different address in my original orders, it has become theirs once they agreed to help but now failed to. I am giving them 3 stars because the customer service is still trying to help and are polite about it.

Update: Loren Hope has contacted me. And offered to send me the items again to my new address. Kudos to the quick service recovery! Will update once I receive all the orders!

Latest update: I received all my orders in good condition. Changed my rating back to 5 stars. Won't hesitate to buy from them again! Good!

I love the two pair of earrings I have purchased. They come packaged very well so you don’t have to worry about them getting damaged. The quality is great and the colors are beautiful!

I bought the Alex earrings in Emerald and love them! The shipping was fast, and the earrings are a nice size for a stud: Big enough to be seen but small enough to not weigh your ear down. I was a little disappointed that the back metal finish looked a little cheap, but it’s just the back. For the money, it doesn’t bother me enough to give these earrings a lower rating. The overall style is very chic.

Loren - the colors are even more beautiful in real life. Love the packaging and the finished quality - excited to wear them.

The three pairs of earring exceeded my expectation and the presentation was superb. Will definitely order again!

Love your jewelry! I ordered two of the same bracelets as gifts. One gift box????

I have purchased 3 of the Glen Wrap bracelets in gold.
The first one, over time the gold rubbed off, which isn't uncommon on me, so I purchased another one.
The second one, the prongs around the stones got caught on EVERYTHING and ruined a couple of silk tops/skirts. This did not happen with my first one, so I purchased a third one...
It seems to be fine, so perhaps the 2nd one was a quality mistake.

Best customer service ever. If you are putting in an order or need a repair the LH team is all over it.
The jewelery itself is stunning and very high quality.
