My sister and I booked a 3 hour abseiling experience in the Peak District. We had a great morning, Aaron was friendly and very professional, we felt completely safe even though we were beginners. Would highly recommend Lost Earth.

Spent the morning with Rhys as our guide walking up the stream/canyon in the Peak District. It was really fun and Rhys was brilliant with our girls (aged 12 and 15). Highly recommend this activity as a brilliant way to spend time together in a beautiful setting. Thank you so much!

Had a great day out Ghylling with the family. Rhys was our guide for the morning and was fantastic! Kept the kids thoroughly entertained and engaged as we waded/climbed up the river - ‘swim under the submerged log’, ‘cannonball into the pool’, ‘fill your wetsuit with water and become a human marshmallow’. Amazing fun, will definitely look them up when back that way for some of their other guided experiences.

A group of 8 of us went gorge scrambling in the Peak District on Saturday 2nd May. We were guided by Mark, a great instructor with a brilliant sense of humour. Would highly recommend!

A brilliant day with Instructor Kai gorge walking in the Yorkshire Dales. Beautiful weather, the water was quite low but still found deep pools to swim and jump in. Scenery was amazing, especially if you love water and nature. Ancient fossils found on a rock and deep underwater caves were pointed out by our knowledgeable guide. A really great day.

We arrived a little bit early to have a slight bit of bad news our guide had a fall and wasn't able to take us however we instead buddied up with another group lead by the wonderful Cai who was very professional and really made the experience a fun day, little bits of banter filled with a fountain of knowledge, also having dealt with Ellie not Emily (inside joke) via emails regarding a slight alteration to our booking and she been amazing to deal with, thanks to Cai and Emily I'd definitely recommend this company to people and I'll be coming back for sure!

Cai was an excellent guide, Josh & I had a great day and would highly recommend anybody considering this to just do it!

Lots of adrenaline, but felt safe and in control - great memories made.

Also offered several suggestions for places to explore outside of the canyoning experience which was much appreciated for our visit.

Would 100% do it again!

Really easy booking the activity with all the information clearly given for the activity. Would definitely recommend booking with lost earth adventures. Found them from a Google search.

Went abseiling with the family during half term. Tim the instructor was extremely friendly and professional. Made us all feel super safe. Had a brilliant afternoon. Thanks Tim!

We had an amazing time , our first time for my son’s birthday. Jenny our instructor and guide was excellent made the day fun easy and enjoyable , definitely would do again and recommend.

Gorge scrambling in The Peak District for a Stag do. Was incredibly fun and we'll organised.
Special mention to Mark the instructor who made the experience 5☆ with a very good sense of humour and knowledge of our experience.

Highly recommend requesting him if you decide to go for an experience.

Absolutely brilliant afternoon climbing and abseiling with Cai. Communication was excellent beforehand, with helpful info on what to bring etc, and we felt 100% safe at all times. Cai brought plenty of kit options for us to try out so everything fitted well and adapted the afternoon to our preferences. He was so encouraging, gave us different options of difficulty to try, handy coaching tips, and was brilliant with my youngest (age 9) who nailed 2 climbs and an abseil with Cai's support. We would highly recommend this activity and I'm sure we will return.

My first time abseiling was yesterday. I was very nervous and felt that I would probably end up backing out of the experience. From the start our instructor Ciaren was brilliant. He was patient and took his time explaining each step to me. He even spent time looking for easy starter routes to get my confidence up. I can't thank Ciaren enough and would definitely recommend this company and especially Ciaren if you are nervous.

I am the Regional Fundraiser for Parkinson's UK and have held two charity Abseils in my region this year. On both occasions the on the day instructors, Ben and Matt, have been amazing. Highly professional and excellent instructors. At both Abseils every single person completed the challenge even though several were very nervous. The skill and patience of Ben and Matt clearly gave all participants the confidence to fulfil the challenge. Jacquie McGuire
