Worth waiting for

Whilst I understand that sometimes the delays can be annoying, Lost In Cult takes that time to really put their craft and enthusiasm into the product.
Admittedly more frequent updates wouldn't go amiss, even if it just to announce a delay, the service and product has been worth the wait.

High Risk, No Rewards

Waited 8 Months for an order that was supposed to take 3, and I've still not received it. Every time I've reached out they've told me "end of this month" with no explanation.

When i finally had enough and said I wanted my money back, they canceled my order and kept my money. Frauds and thieves.

I met Lost in Cult when they were doing…

I met Lost in Cult when they were doing their second book on Kickstarter back in 2021. I've been a fan since and it's been a pleasure seeing them grow and branch to different types of products, all connected by their love of the medium and videogames. I've bought a lot from them and I can vouch for the quality of the products, amazing design and we can feel that the people that do it love the physical medium and the industry. There have been some delays, but they always communicated why and it was always for the benefit of the product. I always received everything I ordered and I'm very happy with the quality of the products and the attention to the detail. For me it's without a doubt the best company currently on physical products related to video games. Books, vinyls, board games, art prints you name it, all done with passion and quality. Even their physical releases guarantee the final version of the game on disc which is amazing. There is no competition for this quality in my opinion.

5 year customer…

I’ve been placing orders with lost in cult since lock on 1 launched in 2021 and I most recently received lock on 6 and the dead space book. There are sometimes delays with big releases but I’ve found that they will quickly reply to any of my questions through email or social channels. The real star of lost in cult is the products themselves, I’m yet to receive the new batch of editions but I can say that each time I have received an item in the past I am always stunned by the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each release. Every product feels like a high end custom gamer treat which means I don’t mind waiting for them to get it right and each one is packaged securely and has its own unboxing experience. The website is beautifully put together and fun to navigate and purchases have always been seamless for me. I do wish it was slightly easier to see all my orders in one place, perhaps with a sign in before purchase/account page. I will continue to buy from lost in cult, there’s very few companies out there that operate at such a high artistic level for video game products, you have to respect it

Dredge Soundtrack and Immortality

Pre ordered the Dredge Soundtrack on Viynl and Immortality PS5 physical edition.

Both preorders with approximate shipping time frames.

Dredge turned up on time just fine.

Immortality was a little delayed but The company sent multiple update emails giving time lines and a pretty reasonable explanation (waiting on manufacturing to complete)

Both were excellent quality and well worth the wait.

No customer service, AT ALL

update 21/04 : no reply, but the order has been shipped - currently in delivery

"Last Chance" item ordered on March 27th (IMMORTALITY: Design Works - Deluxe Edition).

I wanted to get some info about delivery so on April 1st, I contacted them via email (the online form didn't work and the chat on their website let me waiting for hours without anyone reaching out to me). I got a very broad and general reply 2 days later on April 3rd. I replied, and again didn't hear from customer service for another 5 days, so on April 8th I contacted them once more and received an answer on the same day. There was an issue with the item I had ordered (if I hadn't already contacted them, I guess I'd have had to wait for a very long time for them to realise the issue ?).

The situation got resolved on April 9th, but I still didn't receive any precision about delivery itself, even though it was the initial reason behind contacting support on April 1st...

Since then, I tried to contact them on April 10th, April 13th, and April 16th. I waited, but to no avail. We're April 20th, it's almost been a month. They just don't care about their client. They took the almost £200 in a few minutes, but will gladly let you in the complete dark for at least a month.

It's been just shy of a year since my pre order, I still have recicvied anything.
I have to chase updates on instagram of all things, because their customer service team never replies to emails, and they only send out the occasinal update (there's been a single update so far) via their vews letter (which you have to sign up for, if you don't, no updates for you).

I've been given three different timelines for delivery now. "End of the month" "Next couple of weeks" "End of this week".

All missed, all of them needing me to chase for further info.
Please don't order from here.

I placed an pre-order in july for the rusty lake cards, they were supposed to ship them in september, disappeared for months until now. The package arrived arrived today, 31 of dicember, without a name on it or a code to claim it from the post point. It was a gift and it arrived 3 months late. Terrible experience

Late and now missing

My item shipped 2 months later than the latest anticipated date and now it is lost in the postal system. Lost in cult has done nothing to help locate the package or submit a claim and send a new package.

A terribly ran company

This company is ran so badly. I ordered the Do You Know Gaming board game in November 2023 and only today 14/10/2025 did it arrive.

When I pre-ordered the game it said it would ship late 2024. This came and went with the only update that they had to change distribution or printing partner. That took months to sort out with an update in January 2025 that it was still being worked on. No updates until June 2025 that said it would be shipped in July 2025. Updates stopped coming on their website and instead came in emails. In July 2025 the shipping date was changed to August 2025, then September 2025.

At the end of August they said they had the game in their warehouse and were ready to ship. A month later with no shipping, I emailed them about it and they said they had to ship something a book first. This book was supposed to shipped in 2024 just like the board game.

Finally at the end of September they started to ship the games. Except mine, for some reason. I had to email them a few times to figure out why it was not shipped. I was always told it will be soon. No time frame. No reason why it was not shipped. Every time I asked about the reason I was ignored, on email and on Discord.

They keep announcing new products, while not shipping their other products. It feels like they need to sell new ones to pay for the old ones. A terribly ran company.

While their products seem nice, expect to receive them at least two years after pre-ordering them, if you even receive them at all.

Pre-order was never shipped

I preordered a vinyl from them in March 2025 with a release date of Q2 2025. At the end of July, I emailed them for an update as I hadn’t heard anything. They let me know that the vinyl was ready to ship and that their team were working through orders. Two weeks later, I emailed again as I still hadn’t had a shipping confirmation and my order status was still unfulfilled. I was told that the information that I had received was incorrect and that the vinyls were not shipping yet. Was told that more info was expected that week. At the end of September, I cancelled my order because I still had not heard anything.

1.5 years of waiting, no clear timeline, no responses to emails – feels like a scam

Lost In Cult has a reputation for repeated delays (see reddit for their disastrous Sable book), but my experience has been even worse than I anticipated.

I pre-ordered Volume 006 back in 2023–reportedly to be shipped in 2024, but that came and went. I emailed them in February of 2025, and they said "it'll go out in Q1" – they missed that date too. Now we're in the middle of May, and they're saying "it'll go out in Q2".

I've been waiting for more than a year and a half for a book, and what's even more ridiculous is that the only "updates" on their production page are vague and offer no clear dates.

I can't help but feel like I've been scammed by Lost in Cult, and unfortunately, it seems like a very common experience for others too. You have been warned!
