Sad story, failed business

Have ordered 3 spearheads at Lostlegends. 14 weeks, still haven't received them, and only get automatic responses to inquiries. A very friendly local policeman can inform me that the shop actually exists in Heilbronn and that some customers actually get their goods. The policeman says that the owner of Lostlegends actually has health problems as you can read about on the website and in autoresponders....But if you can't run a business, you shouldn't accept people's money. Can now see here on Trustpilot that I should not have shopped at Lostlegends.

Waiting since 1 year

Waiting since 1 year. Nothing delivered and they do not react on my question to pay back my money. These people are thieves! Where is the German Verbraucherschutz? They have such a good reputation. Why is this company not closed down?

Just like everyone else.

Just like everyone else.. Took an order one year later still no product and no refund... And they always seem to be surprisingly away on holiday etc when u email them :)

we have waitet 6 months without any…

we have waitet 6 months without any articel we bought, after multiple emails, we got 1. another 3 months later the rest of the first halth. after OVER A YEAR they still say they cant deliver. all that, while simulatnus putting the SAME items on sale in their shop. now, as we wont a refound, we have to fight for it, they let time play, say they cant respond duo to hollidays for 1 weeks, after that they ask if we can go splittet refounds, into another week of holidays.

a few years ago, this was an absolutly lovely shop, fast and good delivery. it aint no more. dont order here, its mostly scam now

FRAUD-WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
This shop may look authentic and professional, but the goods may never arrive. My friend and I made a big order (over EUR 500.-) a year ago. We did receive 3 small items after about 7 months, only after I have asked several times about our order. If you get an answer from the store, it is automated-until you get a real answer, it will take weeks, even months! And if you get an answer from the support, they are unhelpful and ignorant and even ask you to donate the remaining amount instead of cancelling. We have asked to cancel the remaining order after waiting for a year and get a refund, neither happened. I guess the money is lost after this long time and no decent reaction from the shop and the goods may never arrive. SHAME ON YOU LOST LEGENDS!!! TO ANYONE - DON'T ORDER HERE! They will take your money and if you're lucky may ship the cheapest product from your order or nothing at all. We've had enough and will take legal measures now.

I placed an order on the 8

I placed an order on the 8. december 2019. Payment was 10. december. I haven't received anything from the Company. If you send them a mail it is returned with a notice that their mailbox is full and the mail can't be delivered.
If the Company is bankrupt then close the website.
UPDATE
I Recieved my order in may, which is more than 5 months of waiting. The shirts are perfect, so far so good. But mails didn't get answered but returned with a notice that your mailbox was full. That's not good enough.
