I only give three stars, yes received my gift well packed and gift wrapped like i asked, but as its a gift for someone without unwrapping it I cant judge the finished product.

Very impressed.
Needed something special for my brothers 50th birthday so decided to get him a watch. Found it on this site cheaper than elsewhere. Hadn’t heard of them before but decided to give them a go anyway.
Really glad I did - ordering was simple, communication was good, delivery was super quick (decided to get it quicker so paid to upgrade to express delivery for just £1.99) and the personal inscription on the watch was perfect.
Had a slight issue where the watch had been sent in a different box so emailed to question it. Emailed on a Friday evening, got a reply within the hour and a replacement box was sent out immediately.
Overall I’m very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend them.
Will definitely use them again.

Happy with purchase and great Customer Service
