I cannot recommend Lotta from Stockholm enough! I have loved their clogs for years, but after working with them on an ordering issue (totally my fault), I have a new love for the company and their customer service. They were AMAZING and I will never stop recommending them!!!! :)

My boots were delivered to the wrong address, so I never received them. Lotta from Stockholm were so helpful and quickly sent a replacement. I had feared the worst and got the very best! Will definitely order from LfS again.

This is my second purchase of shoes from Lotta from Stockholm. Super happy with the customer service. Had issues with the delivery and they were on top of it. The shoes are great too. I'll be stocking up soon for summer shoes. As someone with small but wide feet, these shoes are great.

I have purchased several pairs of clogs from Lotta for myself and my daughters. Their shoes are so gorgeous! Though I had a small problem with one pair due to my own stupidity, the company went above and beyond to help me. I would also like to add that I receive orders from this company faster than I receive shipments from within my own state of California. This is a fantastically run business. Order from them with confidence.

The service, I received from Lotta From Stockholm was above and beyond all expectations from start to finish.
My parcel, despite it being the Christmas period, arrived very quickly and packaged well.
I had ordered the wrong size,so I had to exchange; it was so easy and postage was free (a returns label is enclosed in package) and yet again,it was incredibly quick. I emailed to let them know that I was doing an exchange, they were great with communication too!!
The clogs themselves are beautiful and so well made! I've been wanting a new pair for years!! ... they're easy to wear, comfortable and look great! ... Thankyou Lotta from Stockholm!!

I ordered a pair of clogs which were supposed to be “slight seconds” and was really disappointed with the quality of the shoes I received. The stitching at the front of one shoe was so poorly done that it looked as if it had been done by someone who had never seen a shoe before. I was astonished that a company would even attempt to sell these to a customer. They did give me a refund but - of course - I had to pay for delivery costs which were not refunded. I would not buy from them again.

Amazing shoes (I have three pairs and my seven year old has two) and even better customer service.

I ordered a pair of silver metallic clogs in an end-of-Summer sale to keep for my daughter the following year. 10 months later and the shoes came out of the box for the first time, but were shedding their silver finish.

I sent photos to Lotta to show that the shoes were unworn and shedding, though honestly didn't expect much after almost a year. I offered to pay the difference for a full price pair in a non-metallic colour ( I think the problem is specifically with the metallic leather.)

Lotta was fab in sending me another pair in a different (non-metallic) colour entirely free of charge! Incredible!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My Lotta from Stockholm clogs have just arrived, having only ordered them just over a day ago. They're absolutely gorgeous (Persian Plum!) and feel so comfortable already. Having read a few other reviews, I sized up from my usual size 41 and ordered a size 42 and they fit perfectly. The quality is excellent. I ordered a pair of seconds and the only thing I can spot which might have made them a second is a knot in the wood in one of the heels, but I love this as it adds character and is a completely natural feature of wood. I had been looking at clogs which are way more expensive (and tried a very expensive brand but they were so uncomfortable I had to return them). Lotta from Stockholm is offering really amazing value, beautifully crafted and comfortable shoes, which look great. I will definitely be wanting another pair I think! Thank you Lotta :)

Shoes are easily a size smaller than all my other EU 37s. Where I usually have extra room I find my toes wedged against the end. And for purchasing shoes over $100 I wouldn’t expect them to have stickers to represent the shoe brand one inside heel. This peeled off within 3 wearings to make for a sticky feeling and sound when walking. The hard wood makes the small size even more inflexible and adds to rubbing. Wasted money! So very disappointed that I spent my little money on these shoes vs trusted danskos 😔 Learn from me and save your money. These are well made shoes but need improvement.

Brilliant Shopping Experience from Lotta . I recently ordered some Classic 70s Patent Clogs my first pair was slightly on the narrow side returned refund was super fast . The replacement pair in Yellow was so comfy out of the box that I ordered another pair in Red . Beautiful well made Clogs . Highly recommend Lotta.

What a great shopping and exchange experience! I ordered a pair of clogs, which arrived in a couple of days, but since they appear to run a little small, I decided to exchange for one size upp. The return was promptly processed, and I got my new pair again without a hassle in a couple of days - absolutely no problems, and wonderful & friendly customer service too. I have no hesitation to recommend this company, and will order from them again!

Beautiful and ethically made Swedish clogs. On par in style and quality to Swedish Hasbeens but much cheaper! My sandals arrived quickly and well-packaged. Delighted with my purchase. Highly recommend.
