No note through door - left outside for 3 weeks
Purchased off lotties in july, parcel got left outside by hermes - no note through the door and I didn't find my item for 3 weeks ( which was electrical btw) contacted lotties and they told me to contact hermes! And as you can imagine I didnt get far. Will not order again.

I'm really sorry you had this experience. Sadly once the item leaves the warehouse with the courier it's the couriers responsibility to deliver it in a timely manner and perfect condition. I'm really sorry that on this occasion Hermes felt that this was acceptable as it most definitely isn't acceptable. Sadly Hermes would have to accept liability for this. If you wish to discuss this further do send us an email. Again I'm so sorry that your parcel was delivered in such a way. Thank you x
