Dissapointed!!
I ordered a hamper from them for my friends birthday and whilst on the website there was no option of writing a personal message. I contacted them straight away. I heard nothing from them. The hamper was delivered with a blank birthday card and she knew it was from me from the invoice. Very dissapointing!!

Ordered oat and raisin cookies from my milkman to go with a cuppa but they were like cardboard.
Could not see any raisin or much else.
Tasteless and bland.
Got a refund from my milkman they were so bad.
Sent lottie a email informing them but nothing back.

Disappointing Customer Service - not up to the same standard as their food
I placed an order on 5th April (as a treat for my family for Easter), it was delivered as expected, but disappointingly the millionaires flapjack tray bake (my son's favorite) was incorrectly labelled and instead the product inside was millionaires shortbread (which would have been fine, but my son does not like shortbread and he therefore could not appreciate it).
I sent information (including images) regarding my order to the customer service email immediately after receipt and requested a refund for the £14.95 and / or more pressingly the correct product re-supplied (as it was a gift).
I can accept that mistakes happen and I can happily forgive this, however I have waited over 1 month for a reply from Lottie Shaws and received nothing, not even an acknowledgment of the email / query I sent via on their website, nor have I received any recompense for their error.
The other products purchased, including the Yorkshire Parkin were truly delicious and I would recommend highly, but regretfully their customer service and aftercare service is not up to the same standard and consequently I will not be reordering in the future.

Bought he Lottie Shaws Yorkshire Tin of Treats for 14 and whilst each of the individual biscuits were great I was VERY disappointed in the quantity
The label ‘suggested’ packs rather than individual samples and for the price I feel it’s not value for money even though the products were good
