After receiving a proper explanation, it became clear that the request for updated proof of address was not some artificial excuse to delay payment, but part of legitimate compliance and security checks. In hindsight, that is entirely understandable — especially for a regulated UK gaming platform handling withdrawals responsibly.
What genuinely impressed me was the level of personal engagement. Instead of generic scripted responses, I received thoughtful, detailed communication, clear explanations, and proactive follow-up.
