Loudclothing was founded back in 2005 by two guys who wanted to be able to sell the cool band tees that were available stateside to music fans in Europe. Originally the site was run out of one room in a shared warehouse with a team of two handling everything from answering the phone to picking and packing the orders but over the years the business has grown and we are now a team of ten. We have put together what is arguably the UK’s biggest and best range of music tees and merchandise. We work with bands and merchandise companies around the world to bring you special editions, hard-to-find designs and unique imports from Europe and North America. Our team are passionate about music and the t-shirt industry; we are a group of people who have loved music since we were kids and have been in bands, played guitar, deejayed, and so on. Basically, we aren’t just a faceless bunch of suits; we really care about what we do and the gear we sell. We do our best to make sure you are completely happy with what you buy from us and always want to hear your feedback. We also work with independent review site Trust Pilot so that every customer can let us know how we’re doing. We’re proud that we have been awarded five out of five by our customers for the last three years.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service!
They sent me the wrong item I emailed them and got a really unapologetic response back telling me I would have to return the wrong item then they would sort out my order.
This was bought as a git and already a week since I placed the order.
I asked them to send my order out as a next day delivery and for my email to be passed to management. (In the mean time I sent back the wrong item)
I heard nothing for days and had to keep emailing.
4 days later and I still haven't received my order which is pointless now as the birthday was yesterday.
I was going to recommend them to family members for xmas gift ideas but wont be using again, very unprofessional, unhelpful company.

mixed bag
had an issue with the one of the shirts being the wrong size as brought the random mix, called up and they said they will replace it, had to call again to get them to replace as it didnt arrive. They were very helpful on the phone and happy to help.
the quality of the shirts are great and the patterns are brilliant, they are thin shirts but lovely to wear. I am very happy with the collection I received.

Super quick delivery. I've not opened the mystery bags I ordered, yet, as they are Christmas presents so can't comment on the quality/selection. I did order some separate t-shirts that are all printed with high quality and the material used for the shirts does not feel cheap

Bargain boxes
Bought the 7 t-shirts for£10 mystery box. Bargain! OK some weren't hubbies taste, but son grabbed those. Son then went on to buy 2 more boxes for himself. Out of 14 t-shirts he'll wear 12 not too bad for £20! Recommend to anyone wanting a bargain and a surprise

No issues with the service but …
No issues with the service but massively disappointed with the fact that the image on the website and the product looked very different. I assume that this is not necessarily the fault of Loudshop, as they are perhaps using images provided to them, but this has certainly made me nervous about using them again, for clothing items anyway.
