Unprofessional business policy
The only reason they are getting 1 star is their busines policy concerning delivery service. It's horrible, just horrible service! In the last 10 months my delivery was late at least 3 times for over 5-14 days from delivery timeframe they offer. Yesterday was my last straw as I made an order 10.06., got an email on the 13.06. that the package was sent and I didn't receive the package in said time. So yesterday (Friday 24.06., yes, 14 days from my order) I called their customer servise to check what is going on and the woman I talked to, told me she will check what's happening and call me back later the same day. She never called back and it's weekend, so I can't contact Louis Nielsen again until Monday and I'm on my last pair of contact lenses. And I live 500 meters from Louis Nielsen, but I can't go there to buy contact lenses because that's their policy, they don't sell them in their store! Wow!
Very unprofessional servise from Louis Nielsen and very poor service from Dao as their delivery choice!
They just lost a customer as other shops have a better communication and business strategy in place!

Inconsiderate and stubborn customer service
I have canceled my contact lens plan at Louis Nielsen after 12+ years on 1. feb (14 hours later than deadline of cancellation) and supporter insists that I pay for an extra month.
Very inconsiderate and imbalanced treatment of a very long term customer. I already have payed for 2 additional months of lenses that I have returned to the shop with no refund.
My general experience is that the local shop is more long term in how they treat customers.
My advise; If you are changing lens plan, cancel as early as possible as it is very easy to re-start a plan, but more difficult to get out.
