I have purchased several pieces from Louise in the past year or so. Every piece has been absolutely stunning and arrived nicely packaged and exactly as expected.
My most recent purchase, an arrow pin converted into a necklace, is just beautiful!

This is my second purchase from Loup Jewels and it was another highly successful one. My package was posted very quickly and arrived within 48 hours. The ring I bought is simply stunning- I love it. Louise seems to take great pride in the pieces she sells you can tell she genuinely loves them.

The three-stone aquamarine ring that I purchased online at Loup Jewels looked exactly like the photos that were posted on their website. Simply stunning! Owner was very responsive to my emails regarding resizing and expected delivery. Since the ring was being shipped from the UK to the US, I received an email from a delivery company called DHL saying I had to pay a $100 import duty. Once I paid DHL, I received frequent emails from DHL with tracking information. I couldn't be happier!

Beautiful jewellery but be cautious with re-sizing.
I purchased a beautiful ring and paid extra for re-sizing, unfortunately the jeweller left visible seams with an indentation where the ring was extended. A real shame! However, the owner is helpfully investigating the matter and will revert back to me.
