Love the products, unreachable customer service

I have been a client for some years and love their products, nothing bad to say about the quality and wear over time. However I was unlucky to get my order stolen a couple of months ago and tried to reach the brand’s customer clients 4 times, I never even received a reply. Nothing. I am not saying they should replace the stolen order, but a little acknowledgment would have been in order, and maybe some kind of gesture.

Disgraceful customer service

I ordered earrings in January 2026. They didnt srrive and after tracking them they appear to be lost in transit. Seven weeks later I am still trying to get a response from Lou Yetu. I keep getting their automatic response asking me to be patient. I would not recommend this company.

From September 2025 till now I'm waiting for my money

Really?? Order from September, never received and they promised to give my money back... guess what, still haven't received anything.
Each jewel become a story? This company becomes a story, and not a good one. Really, they really don't know how to run a bussiness.

I ordered two items, loved one, but the other didn't work (an ear cuff too large). After sending 3 emails, no reply, absolute silence. So posting here, unacceptable.

Mixed feelings about my experience

Mixed feelings about my experience. I love their jewelry but the client service is terrible! I had an issue with an order because they sent me the wrong item, and I have sent them plenty of mails but they don’t reply to me! It’s very frustrating, because I’ll have to send back the wrong item and pay for the return as if it was my mistake. Not sure if I want to buy there again.

Dont buy here

Ordered a pair of earrings but still have not received them, even though the website promises 5-day shipping. I have contacted the customer service (only per email is possible, there is no phone number which you can call) I still have received no response from them. The tracking link they sent me is non-functional and when I try and verify the status of my order using the order number, my order number seems to be non-existent.
Overall terrible service and very fishy company. AVOID at all costs!!!

I ordered a couple of rings on the 28th…

I ordered a couple of rings on the 28th of April and I still haven't reveived a shipping confirmation. I sent an email and finally got a reply that they were going to look into this, but nobody followed up. Don't know what to expect at this point...

Everything went very well with the delivery and the package! Never had any problems with ordering jewellery to Germany from Lou.yetu! The jewellery is really beautiful and last long!

I would love to leave a positive…

I would love to leave a positive review, however my experience so far is to order something for my wife from the e-store which has a great selection. The order tracking just tells me nonsensical information "Your order has been taken into account" - the site promises 5 days delivery, but I've not even received any useful information. I ordered the earrings for wife Order #2000012021 on 10 February, hoping to receive them for Valentine's day. Still nothing received, even after asking hello(at)louyetu.fr for an update.

I am still holding hope that I will receive the earrings in time for her birthday, I am happy to pay extra for express delivery as well - but the options are not available on the website to provide any tracking useful information

Rude and irresponsible

I have bought this necklace from the store some time ago, it completely lost color, so I took it back telling the store that I have had other pieces from them and this never happened, they gave me a gift card with the price and told me I can exchange it the following day because they were closed that day and it was valid for 4 months, the next day I go, and they CANCELED the gift card and refused to do anything about it after having actually given me that card! I have been a loyal client since they open! Shame on you Camille!! This level of customer service is unacceptable!! It’s not the necklace changing color really that’s problematic, it’s the behavior and rudeness and taking your word back!!! You lost much more than the value of that necklace!! You lost a client who was a brand ambassador for you in a different country! Never again Louyetu!

I bought jewelry

I bought jewelry. Because it didn't fit (the size of the bracelet was for a small child) I returned the jewelry immediately. After one month, they still didn't return my money. I don't recommend buying in there online store.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Such a disappointing experience. If you are thinking of ordering from Louyetu, simply don't!
I decided to order a bracelet cause I wanted to support this business during such hard times, I mentioned that to them on my first email, which was never acknowledged. I contacted Louyetu to say that the delivery was very urgent cause the next Sunday I had to leave France due to covid19, so I was not going to be able to get it. Before it got shipped, I asked to modify my delivery address (they only had to change the label) and they said it was impossible. La Poste clearly told me that the sender could change it, so they could if they wanted. Mind that I ordered it on Friday and it got shipped the next Thursday, so not only they were late, but they had all the time in the world to change the shipping address. Moreover, after shipping it very late (it had to go from Paris to Reims, 1 hour distance) they wrote the wrong address, so La Poste was not able to deliver it and it still isn't. I have called, sent DMs, messages, email, never received an answer. Now my parcel is somewhere lost after paying for delivery for 1-hour distance and I am receiving no answers. I was very kind and understanding at the beginning, mentioning we could have found a compromise etc, they just do not care about their consumers, they just want to post cute pics on Instagram. Never again.
