If this could be zero stars, that's what it would be. I tried to cancel my order within seconds of ordering because I realized it was the wrong shipping address. I couldn't cancel, so I immediately emailed love.com to try and cancel. They wouldn't cancel and said to contact the seller, so I contacted the seller who said they'd never heard of love.com. So then I tried to re-route through UPS, and no help there either. No one ever called me from love.com and no help whatsoever. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service!! UGH!!!! This shouldn't have been that tough of a fix. I made a mistake, but I was hopeful that they could help.

Excellent service.
The cupcakes and red roses bouquet were delivered as scheduled. The recipient was very happy with both items, delicious cupcakes and beautiful roses. Thank you Love.Com.my

I would like to share my experience today. I requested for an urgent express delivery for my best friend's wedding gift. I called the customer service agent and was assisted by Mr.Yusri. He was very helpful and attentive. It was a last minute request and they went beyond their working hours to ensure the items were delivered to my friend. I cannot thank enough for the amazing work done and from bottom of my heart I thank you for the assistance provided today. Additionally he send me pictures of the item when it was packed ,picked up by the delivery and drop of at the hotel. Well done and I will surely shop with you again and fully recommend everyone to use them.

Avoid this florist LIKE A PLAGUE~!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO DELIVERY!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!

Please never order from this company if you expect something on times. The standard delivery times stated 8.30am to before 5pm delivery times. But unfortunately, the flower and cake arrived on 8pm!!! What a disappointed. Poor service.

No reply, don't buy anything from this florist. Very bad customer service.

Do not trust this company. Fail to deliver my flowers. Excuse given - Did not notice my payment notification. Such a lousy company. The company is only good in spoiling your day. Now need to wait for 3 days for refund.

Lousy customer services and poor attitude

Ordered on behalf of the company to deliver flower in Malaysia , wanted to get the invoice or DO as a documents for my finance department , end up the customer services can’t even help at all . It only make me wonder if you really deliver the flower or not ! And their attitude is worse in handling a simple thing like that

Ordered a bouquet of flower to my girlfriend when I was not in Malaysia. And the below are the disappointed points:
1. Requested to have update when the bouquet is ready, at least a photo of the bouquet, but no response at all even the shop had committed to send
2. Promised to send out the flower during the scheduled time (830-530) but late deliver, need to ask my girlfriend to stay back for waiting this
3. Not even considered to keep the surprise and telling the recipient what is going to send to her.
4. Not even tried to register at the office building to send the flower but requested recipient to go to office lobby for self collecting

Conclusion, this is the one and only time will order from this florist and will never ever recommend other friends to buy from this shop!

I ordered some flowers from love.com.my on 9th October 2017. I found this company on google search and decided to give them a go (top few results on first page). Long story short, the flowers were supposed to be delivered one evening (paid extra for same day delivery – a web chat employee reassured me before placing my order), I waited till midnight to receive them. While waiting, I tried calling all their phone numbers advertised, none was answered. I had to wait for someone to come online on their webchat, they informed that it is late but will be delivered - no exact time, so I pushed to get the driver's number. I called the driver directly to schedule the delivery myself. Flowers were received on a stand, but the basket of flowers broke off (the glue was not strong to hold it in place on the stand).

Of course, I emailed and commented on their Facebook page for a refund (reviews aren’t allowed so there is no rating, but check out the comments section - Love.com.my | Online Florist. Much later, I received one generic reply with a poor excuse and a 10% discount off next purchase as goodwill. This warrants a middle finger. No refunds given to this day.

Their website's 100% delivery guarantee policy is a scam, who preys on unsuspecting googlers like me, since several years ago. Google “love.com.my scam” and you may see what others have complained about too, some customers didn't even get what they ordered, or was given a fake promise of refund.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
