Scam and Fraud
We were booked with this tour company and with the parent company for ATV quad safari to see multiple spots , and unfortunately was scammed by a planned robbery by their team of experts. In the end we ended up paying for the tour, which was cut short by 1 hour. Promised view points were not shown , wait time at view points was 10 mins for 12 people which was a joke. Our items such as purses, bags and ids , credit cards all was taken away at one of the view points by a group of scam artists . This company did not help us file a police complaint or help us in anyway with a discounted rate, refund nor offer help in any manner. Will definitely not recommend to book them, and not with loveaiyanapa.com either . I would stay 100% away and only book with a trusted source and company.
The tour guide further invited his girlfriend on the tour which was extremely unprofessional, our tour began 20 mins later and we were addressed to by racist comments by the tour guide.
The son who owns this tour and company is so arrogant and so was the lady who works here.
No doubt this business will close down soon. We have reported them to the higher authorities as well.

This quad tour company also work with all the major European travel companies (Tui, Jet2 and more) They have very high standards and have been the number 1 Quad safari tour on the East coast of Cyprus for more than 10 years.
It is unfortunate your items were stolen but this is not the fault of the tour company if you left personal belongings unattended on the quad bike. I do not believe they have scammed you in any way.
