Can’t believer how rubbish their customer service is. You send an email and sometimes you get one back for more information then nothing. Other times it’s completely ignored. I’ve even sent... See more

They had the balls to email me to ask…
They had the balls to email me to ask (after 4 months) if the order has arrived. NO, it did not. My question is - did the bank come after them? Scammers. Please avoid them, many other amazing brands to choose from.
Awful
Awful, took 14 days to dispatch the order! After 12 days I e mailed and asked to cancel the order as it was taking so long! Received an email back telling me I should not be passive aggressive when emailing! E mailed back to let them know poor customer service results in cancelled orders! Will not be using again! Hope
It actually turns up now
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Lamp is faulty and have been going round in circles for 6 months despite legally them being required to respond and either refund or replace. Its business practices are immoral and contrary to statutory protections afforded to customers. AVOID.
Paid for 48 hours, almost 3 weeks later and nothing.
Ordered on 27/03/26 and paid for 48 hour delivery. I emailed in 1/04/26 asking for tracking information as they hadn’t provided this and they said they’d be back in touch shortly with this (they weren’t). 5 days later I email again asking for an update, they said they’re processing my order accordingly and apologise for the delay because of bank holiday (I ordered a week before bank holiday). 9/04/26 I finally get a dispatch email so thought surely it’d arrive within the next 48 working hours (which I’d paid for). 13/04/26 and Royal Mail are still only expecting the parcel, I get sent an email asking to review the products, which I still haven’t received!
Please avoid !!!
I have been ordering from here for a while. The quality is ok but when it goes wrong it goes wrong.
My parcel went missing (never did get the tracking number was it ever sent??) contacted them several times. Their customer service people (when they finally reply) are so rude and unhelpful. Never been spoken to that way by a company.
Said they resent the package, clearly they didn’t as over a month later still nothing. Tracked it through my shop app and it said waiting for information .
In the end went through my bank for a refund. It’s the principle not the amount.
I will NEVER order from them again pls pls
Avoid!!!
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service.
They keep taking money out my bank and I never receive any products.
Ive been being ignored by customer service since October 2025 !!
Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !
AWFUL
AWFUL! Second time trusting Candy coat (wouldn’t use them previously for same reason, decided to give them a second chance). Some products are great, some are poor but their customer service is TERRIBLE!! I have a faulty lamp and no one answer after 6 emails. It’s woeful. They also claim dispatch after 48 hours but I’m usually waiting over a week.
Really disappointed
If I could give no stars i would
If I could give no stars i would. Have not recieved my order and no one is replying to emails or messages!!
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I am so annoyed I didn't find these reviews first. I ordered two bottles of Cuticle oil, supposedly sent royal mail 48. Five days later still no parcel, but had email from them asking how were the products. Checked tracking again and still said, sender has said it's been sent but royal mail awaiting parcel. Emailed at least six times over the next two to three weeks, not one single response. Ended up raising dispute with bank and I hope I can get my money back, otherwise I'm out of pocket and Candy Coat still claim 5* on their own website. Shocking and appalling behaviour.
If it were possible to leave zero…
If it were possible to leave zero stars, that's what I would do.. This company has to be a scam. I ordered well over $100 worth of nail products and received nothing. No return emails or communication of any kind in regards to stealing my hard earned money. I feel it necessary to add that this is the first negative review/comment I have ever left for a business. If you're thinking of ordering from this company, just don't. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet.
Do not use
Do not use. Ordered before Christmas - nothing arrived and customer service do not respond. Had to go via bank to get a refund.
Awful is the only word I can use
Awful is the only word I can use to describe the customer service. Placed my order back in December and it never arrived I contacted candy coat by email and received a response and told to wait. I could see from the tracking that Royal Mail never received the items so I disputed that there was no point in waiting and to issue a refund. I was then ignored as the company closed for near enough 3 weeks once the business was back open my emails still went unanswered. I raised a dispute with my bank to receive my money bank and my bank have now told me today that candy coat have disputed back that I am lying! Good job I have proof from their original emails to me that the item was never received at royal and how they continued to ignore me after telling me to wait 4 weeks incase it does eventually arrive. My bank luckily gave me the refund but I wouldn’t waste your time ordering from this company not only do the ignore you but will make it hard to get your money back even if you raise a claim with your bank. It’s basically theft what they are doing how they can still be a business I don’t know.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, no response after multiple emails, item missing from an order which took weeks to arrive, no communication and have now had to start a chargeback to get a refund. Avoid at all costs
Not even worth 1 star!
Not even worth 1 star!
Avoid this company and take your custom elsewhere as they have zero customer service!
My order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and then disappoint my when it did eventually arrive the acid remover product had leaked its contents all over the package affecting not only the product itself but all gel varnishes inside. Resulting in sticky unusable varnish and a highly potent smelling parcel! Not good!
Product was literally wrapped in one layer of flimsy bubble wrap improperly packaged causing damage to all items. I’ve reached out several times and no response and all social media commenting turned off! I have now reported to my bank as this company is shocking
I have used these for the past 5 years…
I have used these for the past 5 years with no issues. Recently I have experienced the same as everyone else. Ordered a month ago. Tracking doesn't work, no response to my emails. Never received my order.
SCAM!
Thought i would add to the other hundreds of bad reviews.
Basically just stole money off me…
Never received my items as was supposedly “lost in the post” so never received anything and only refunded me part or my order. Ignoring my emails, i really don't know how these companies get away with it. Have a friend in trading standards so will be raising this with them…
Scammy loosers….
No order received, no replies to emails.
I ordered some items THREE weeks ago and they still haven't been dispatched. I have emailed twice to get support and not had a reply. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a response of my first email
Scam
Sadly like many others - never received my order. It was meant to be a gift. Another scammy tiktok shop just laundering money.
Unfriendly unprofessional
As a last resort I commented on their social media to which they deleted, messaged me to not comment on their socials in an unfriendly manner and disabled their comments. I’ve spent so much money at candy coat and been lenient. Customer service responded to my requests for a refund as I didn’t receive and item to only never refund me. I sent may emails, live chat messages with time to respond. They’re only okay if you have no problems. I won’t be ordering again.
Glad I didn't read reviews before…
Glad I didn't read reviews before purchasing! I ordered the Candy Stix gel polish pens, and they are absolutely fantastic, and delivered on time with no issues at all. It seems like a lot of other reviews are mainly about contacting and dealing with customer service if something has gone wrong, but for me it was all totally smooth and I love having gel nails again after a reaction to other HEMA polishes (these are HEMA free, and one coat!!)
