Shyama and Damien both went above to book my trip to Cuba. They clearly know Cuba inside out and have a wealth of experience and knowledge. They helped tailor my holiday so I get to see some of the country and it's cultural highlights, via an escorted tour. Will be seeing Havana, Vinales, Trinidad and ending with a few nights on the beach. Very grateful for their time and very excited for the trip to Cuba in September. Highly recommend

Went above and beyond
Shyama was wonderful to deal with and really helpful. The quote was provided really quickly and exactly reflected what we had asked for. Once the booking was confirmed lots of helpful information was provided within the confirmation email. Shyama even suggested places to eat and visit which, having explored them online, we will definitely be visiting. A lovely experience from beginning to end. We hope the holiday goes as well as the booking process!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tony who greatly helped me in making my decision to visit Cuba. Just excellent personal service received, enlightening me with tips about unique Island I have always wished to visit. Madrid is in my top three cities in the world and I will stay there on my way back to the UK.

Liam was amazing - highly recommend Love Cuba.
I dealt with Liam who has been amazing. I kept going back with more questions and changing hotels and he was straight back to me with the answers. Prices were really good. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to go to Cuba. Liam even sent me bars and restaurants to check out whilst we are there.

Excellent and efficient
I seen a holiday deal on Travelzoo, and made an initial enquiry. After speaking with Alexandra who was kind, patient and very efficient, I booked up without any hesitation as I felt extremely confident booking with Love Cuba.
My booking confirmation, travel itinerary and information on tours was emailed soon after, and
Alexandra reassured me on certain aspects of the trip and also arranged my e-Visa.

Our rep in Havana, Adrian, was incredible. Really made our holiday what it was. He was friendly, informative, incredibly helpful, and gave us lots of amazing suggestions of things to do in the city, from live music events to restaurants. Couldn't have asked for better service.
