Im extremely pleased i got what I ordered

First, I would like to thank the awesome people at Love Doll Palace. Namely, William. From day one, when I had questions about the doll I wanted to order and the whole ordering process and turn around times for everything involved, he went above and beyond to help me. He made sure everything was clear and continued to be helpful when new questions came up from myself.
I'm a female who purchase my doll for makeup, hair dressing, dress-up and photography. I made the right decision by choosing to go with Love Doll Palace. While I know there are a lot of companies that may assist with sales for the main high end silicone/TPE doll companies, you have to be cautious with who you choose to go with to do business. Obviously, trust is a MUST! I never had any uneasy concerns regarding Love Doll Palace. They explained how everything works, and everything went perfectly, in my opinion. Without any doubts, I will only do my doll business with Love Doll Palace, moving forward. I already have my next doll selected, in fact. The dolls are amazing as well, of course! I went with a doll from IronTech Doll company. I am so happy that I did! They are so amazing, realistic, lovely, outright artistic beauty and quality. Thanks the doll is amazing. As a fabricator of 13 years I could definitely recommend that a number of parts could be made with aluminium for the skeleton. Other than the weight ,it is awesome.

They are a legit source if that’s what is worrying you, I paid and got my stuff within 2 weeks but that was because Of the whole corona virus thing, they are super helpful and you won’t be disappointed.

LDP has been excellent throughout my purchase of my Piper doll. William & James have both been amazing and the customer service is 100% top notch. I had a bit of an issue withy doll when I received her, and they worked quickly with the vendor to resolve the problem. I would not hesitate purchasing with them again.

Last year, I started a layaway plan to make a purchase. At the end of 2nd month into the payment plan I had an unexpected emergency so I need to stop the payment and get a refund. Customer service rep issued the full refund within 1 day. I was very happy how they handle everything very quickly.

Now that I am in a better finanicial position, I purchased a doll back in January, I went back to LDP because they were trustworthy. I end up getting my doll in about 3 weeks. Very satisfied with my purchase and their top notch service.
