I placed an order with Fairley this morning. There was considerable inconvenience caused by me in requesting Fairleys make exceptions to my order.
They bent over backwards.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Fairley’s service is exemplary; that old fashioned service that is way too hard to come by nowadays.

The ring I purchased was beautiful. However, it snapped in two before I could put it on. I gently pulled two sides of the ring to see if it had any flexibility before choosing which finger to put it on. It snapped completely in half. It felt like and look like (inside) the ring was made of plastic, even though Fairley reassured me it was Sterling Silver. I cant imagine sterling silver would snap this easily. They offered a partial credit note or for me to send it back to be repaired. I dont think either of these are sufficient.

-I personally think they are overpriced but was happy to pay as I liked the design
-Packaging is really good, but almost too good! I felt a bit irritated by all the unnecessary plastic and branded packaging - made me feel this is where all my money went. I would've been happy with a small jewellery box. Some people may like this for gifts

Beautiful jewellery, I constantly get so many people asking where my jewellery is from. I own around 15 of their pieces now and still collecting.. customer care is amazing. I’m hoping they will one day open a europe shop as the delivery costs and taxes are high to the united kingdom. The gold they use is beautiful. Can’t praise them enough.

I purchased pearl and gold plated earrings - certainly look quite nice online but 'in the flesh' very unimpressive and the differences in measurements - overall drop and the size of the pearl - would seem minor, obviously make all the differences. Perhaps I will wear them though not as cheerfully as I could but I won't take the chance and buy from them again. Every experience teaches us something doesn't it? And in this case don't believe everything you read. As I was so unhappy about my purchase Fairley very quickly gave me a refund and I returned the earrings. Well handled.

I received my stunning Fairley Jewellery pieces within 2 days of placing my order. This is an amazing turnaround considering my order had to be sent interstate plus all of the current delays with deliveries due to COVID-19.
The jewellery arrived beautifully presented.
The ring I ordered was the wrong size and this time, I received a response from Customer Service within 10 minutes of sending an email! WOW!!!
This is my first order with Fairley Jewellery and it certainly won't be the last!

I'm enjoying wearing my Fairley jewellery. I can wear many of the pieces both during the day whilst working and of an evening. I find them to be subtle and stylish.
Great for layering or wearing alone.

I didn’t think that such great service still existed. FAIRLEY was recommended by a friend and I purchased a piece for a special occasion. I made a mistake on the sizing and unfortunately the team was so efficient that it was shipped before they saw my email. They package arrived a mere 2 hours after it was ordered and then because it was a special occasion, Jeremy drove out and changed it over an hour later. I was blown away with their customer service and can do attitude. Thanks Jeremy and the team at FAIRLEY.

Absolutely exceptional customer service. Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure my ring was exactly what I wanted and made sure it got safely to my house. The pieces are gorgeous, I have never received so many questions about any piece of jewelry before. Can't speak highly enough of the products and service Fairley offer!

Bought Cowrie Rose Gold bracelet late November 2019 . Gifted to my friend early December.
The bracelet would not securely stay locked in place . As a result Friend had to double knot to maintain safety. As it was often coming lose over wrist failing off wrist . I was understandably disappointed . Contacted Fairley fwd proof of purchase , picture of bracelet on friends wrist . Showing eg . Of Response was poor . No outcome has been made to replace bracelet or in fact acknowledge the issue .
Unfortunately bracelet is breaking from being double knotted . Gift was $149 . I felt quality should be very good at this price bracket .

I absolutely love Fairley’s jewellery. It is beautifully made and I get compliments on it all the time. There’s a big range .. pieces for everyday and special occasions. It’s stocked by quite a few boutiques and they all carry a slightly different range. It’s also very reasonably priced. I had a problem with one of my earrings so I contacted Fairley direct and they couldn’t have been more helpful and in this instance replaced the earring straight away.

I am so impressed with the service I have received. I had a faulty pair of earrings and was offered an immediate replacement. Prompt responses to emails. Excellent customer service!

I contacted Fairley after on of my bangles snapped. It was a present to me, and came in a set of 3 gold plated bangles.
I was told straightaway, that my item is now out of warranty. I received the gift just over a year ago.
Then I was lectured and repeatedly asked, if I took all three bangles of at the same time, if I changed the shape etc. etc. Of course I didn't!
No offers of help, replacement or repair ever came my way.
I am extremely disappointed with this poor customer service experience, and will not buy from this company again.

I have now received a replacement bangle in the mail. It's a shame that I had to escalate this, as this is not something I like to do. Many thanks.

I placed my order for some jewellery on Monday and received it on Wednesday, Victoria to New South Wales, so very quick. The packaging was beautiful and the jewellery exquisite. I am so happy with my purchase and will be definitely be ordering a few more pieces. Thank you Fairley, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with your company xo
