Ordered a personalised lilac baby blanket, received an email advising dispatched, however never turned up. Contacted seller who apologised and refunded, however I still wanted the blanket, enquired as to how quickly she could send me replacement to which I received no response. Thought I would try to re-order but now says lilac blanket out of stock on website. Clearly this is why I never received in first place. The correct way to have dealt with this would have been for the seller to admit mistake and ask if she could send me an alternative colour such as pink or white instead rather than pretending she had posted it and then given a refund as supposedly lost in post. Now I have had to start the process of a new order with a different seller who will hopefully be more honest and efficient than this one. This has significantly delayed me being able to give a gift to the parents of newborn which is very disappointing. Has it put me off purchasing with LoveJoDesigns in the future? Absolutely yes.

Ordered two t-shirts for my sister’s birthday on 21st May. Her birthday was June and after emailing I was told that they wouldn’t be ready for her birthday. My sister still wanted them and so decided to wait but they never came! Tracking number sent was invalid and after much emailing I finally got a refund in July 😔 Won’t be using this site again.

Have ordered blankets from Jo twice and both have been perfect! The first one i bought was for my newborn daughter and my 3 year old son loved it we had to order him his own! Lovely and soft and great quality and service.
