Incompetent
I ordered 7nr blinds from Aldiss in Fakenham who use Loveless Cook Blinds as a supplier. The order came to c£800. One blind was manufacturered to the incorrect length (too long) so had to be returned. The replacement was damaged before reaching Aldiss so had to go back. The replacement for the replacement was also damaged when it arrived at my house (damaged before it left Loveless factory). The replacement for the replacement of the replacement has just arrived and has been manufactured about 500mm too short so will need to be remade. I appreciate reading this you may think it's a parody. It's not. It's true. This company are below useless. My original order was placed in late Sept and due to arrive in early Nov 2022. I'm 7mths down the line and still don't have the blind. Check out who is supplying your blinds and be sure to avoid this lot like the plague.
