DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I recently bought a pair of football boots, which when they arrived were faulty with a tear in them. I emailed customer service straight away with photos and they forwarded photos to their QC team.

I then got a response that I have to now pay for shipping to send them back so they can inspect the fault.. I live in Australia and shipping to send it is about $50 which I have asked them to pay as I don’t want to be more out of pocket for boots that were sent faulty.

They then replied saying I entered an agreement with them when I bought the product that if the product is faulty I have to pay more money to send them back to inspect when it was clear as day in the photos I sent that they are broken…

But what about the agreement as the seller to sell items that are not faulty? And then maybe instead of treating the customer like garbage, try and sympathise and just pay for the shipping to get your faulty product back?

I am now requesting a full refund as I want nothing to do with this company again..

No response from customer support team…

No response from customer support team about broken football boots.

*** WARNING ***
I reached out to Nike about my boots as they broke in a year of purchase. They told me these guys are NOT an authorised dealer and therefore they cant do anything about it.

Just go to official retailers instead.

Lesson learnt. Money lost.

Broken boots and entitled to refund l!!

Sent back a pair of boots that had broken.
Waiting to be inspected for my refund, replied saying it’s over 28 days and been worn? I’m not sending them back because I don’t want them, they’re faulty. Sort it out!

What made my experience so great was

What made my experience so great was that I had no idea specifically what I was looking for, however with one easy to navigate filter I found a variety of different options quickly. Brilliant discounting as well made me purchase a product there and then. Checkout was really easy to navigate aswell with no hassles.

Very good and enjoyable experience

The search was perfect and quick k and made great sense to me making and allowing me to find what I needed easily. I was able to find the category of boots I wanted and found a pair for very very cheap for what they are. It was easy to enter my details and buy the products ready for them now to be delivered in great time.

Issues with communication I refunded…

Issues with communication I refunded trainers worth over £200 and have been chasing for 3 weeks. I have tracked the parcel which has been showing as received and delivered to your warehouse. Every time I chase the response is always the sales team have not received the item but I have already provided proof these were delivered.

Return forms unavailable

Unfortunately the boots did not fit and the returns policy is a catch22. The confirmation order is meant to have a return form attached. It does not. The website states you should fill out the return form on the end of the confirmation email. The circle continues. I’m now stuck in limbo of waiting for a sales advisor to return my email.

I bought some football boots and they…

I bought some football boots and they sent me the wrong ones which they even made me pay delivery for. They did not acknowledge or show any remorse for advertising a false item on their website. I emailed them and also reported to them countlessly from their website but they simply were not replying or acknowledging me. I ordered my boots 2 months ago and they still have not done nothing, I have sent the boots back using their link well over a month ago and I still have not received a refund or anything not even replies of me asking them about the returned item. They are not taking no accountability for their behaviour as I have been left with no boots or funds to buy new boots in the mean time. Now they expect me to send them proof of the receipt after 2 months out of malice more than it being a necessity as they would be able to see from their return link provided to me if the item has been returned to the post office and received by them. I checked multiple times and they had received the boots but I just don’t have the receipt which is realistic. Those guys are a multiple million pound business trying to steal from poor people like me. I hope they get what they deserve. Worst place ever!l with the worst customer service. No care or accountability shown!
