Fantastic products

A wide selection of organic and/or ethical health and beauty products is available on their website. I have ordered from this company multiple times and the deliveries have always been timely and correct.

there was a discrepancy in my order and was sent back by border authorities. After one month and a half I have still not been reimbursed. Moreover the horrible non customer service states that they are waiting for the pack to get back to them. However, they have used royal mail non trackable service and who knows where the pack is. Shouldn't they be responsible for the non delivery of the pack and reimburse the client?

Great selection of products, at such great prices too - i enjoyed looking through all the products they have on offer. Free delivery (over £10) is also awesome and arrived just as expected. Would definitely recommend!

Just received my second monthly beauty box; amazing products at a very fair price and such a great way to try new natural beauty. Every box is like Christmas, can't wait to receive the next one! :)

I have ordered single products from love Lula and also subscribed to their monthly box for a while. Everything has arrived on time, the packaging is all recyclable and not over the top. I even emailed and asked to stop my subscription and received an email the next day saying it had been stopped, and the payment I'd just paid a few days before had been refunded, which I was totally surprised at. I'll definitely use again and will re start the box after the year.

I've ordered from them twice and have never had any problems. Items are of quality, free delivery service is excellent. No problems whatsoever. That is how every online shop should be.

The website is good for people looking for natural, organic or vegan products.

I was looking for an organic facial moisturiser which is difficult to find on the UK high street shops. I found it on Lovelula and the price was very good as well. Package was nice and secure and products arrived earlier than I'd expect.

Have been looking on their websites regularly since. Most of the time you can find good deals on.

I've always had great customer service from Love Lula with no problems with delivery or orders. I enjoy ordering from them as I know I won't be disappointed or treated with disrespect. No chasing up has ever been needed by me. Their loyalty scheme is great too.

I ordered a Badger Balm from LoveLula as the price was great, especially with the free worldwide delivery! The time for international delivery was 10-15 working days and it came within 12. Although it's not the quickest delivery i've experienced, it's free, which helps keep the overall cost of the product down. I'm willing to wait a few extra days for that! The packaging was really good and i LOVED that LoveLula use recyclable packaging! No styrofoam chips! This made my environmentally-friendly self very happy! Overall i am really pleased with my LoveLula experience and will definitely be ordering from them again soon and recommending to others!

Ordered something with next day delivery - needed for a wedding. The couriers messed up my order (I asked them to drop it with neighbours if it came while I was out, they confirmed, then didn't, and refused to redeliver that day or the next).

Called Lovelula to ask if there was anything they could do, and they sent me straight out a new package via Royal Mail. It arrived half an hour before I left, and everything was fine. Lovelula organised a return of the misdelivered parcel by themselves - they never charged me extra.

The kind of really excellent service that will make me a customer for life.
