Ordered phone case, took a month to get to me due to UPS not having track of my package, phone case has now broken after having a month, not worth the money at all.

Bought my bright red
Bought my bright red, patent leather mosch bag a few years back via ASOS, but it’s still Moschino. Do love it as it’s a sassy look and very glam too.
However, within 6 months the back zip pocket tore inside and left a huge hole. I contacted Moschino support via email and it’s been over a year now and no response.
So I can truly say customer service is appalling considering this bag was nearly £200- which may seem like nothing in comparison to the thousands people pay but to me it’s still a purchase and my money. Similar thing happen with my previous Moschino purchase a black embossed bag with gold shoulder straps. The leather began to wilt and crack, which looked quite tacky and cheap so I haven’t used it since.
I do love the brand but not worth the money I’d say, unfortunately.

I bought few months ago mochino bag... it got paint on it so I use cloth and water with soap to clean it and guess whats happen?!?!!!!
So material got out!! Pay on discount almost 200euro !!! Is this normal??? For 200 eu bag which after water and soap got destroyed???!!!!!
