Order incomplete and no action to resolve the issue
Last Friday I recieved an email to let me know my orders had arrived at Yodel for delivery. Monday morning when I was at work I received a text to say it was on its way, expect it sometime up to 7pm. Given the short notice I couldn't take the day off. When I got home a package was on my door step with two of the four bags of dog food that I had paid for. Next day, the same happened again. This time when I got home there was a package but it only contained one bag of dog food. I emailed lovepetsuperstore to let them know what happened and that one bag was missing. I received no response so I emailed them again the following day. Looking today, I see I have still not received a reply. Tomorrow I will try phoning them to see if I can get anywhere. I shouldn't have to do this running around, hence why I have rated them a two out of five.

VERY poor service!
Taken a week to receive our order (when we did the packaging was ripped open), after sending us the incorrect tracking number / details for someone else's order - and ignored 3 emails contacting customer service. Found the food elsewhere (fetch) due to Lovepetsuperstore's poor service, won't be returning.

Great store , their delivery is very fast , in fact faster than any other pet food store I have used and it's free!! Customer service is second to none , speaking to a person who is obviously the owner or his team that really care. Their price for the product I ordered was also cheapest on the web.
