Everything is good except the very top can’t button some how are uncomfortable

I received the wrong size, (as in I ordered the wrong size.) No big deal. I simply followed the directions step by step to make my return. It helps that I also wrote a note on the package stating what I'm returning. I got the correct size in return. No hassle, no problem. And I like the product. Thank you.

I ordered all-in-one girdle from you over two and a half months ago I received it it was too small and they held it back with the confirmation number and it would receive by your company as if this day I still have not learned when I will be receiving another girl in the size of a 6X I've tried and tried I never hear from you regarding the return item that I said it was basically leaving me no choice but to go to small claims court filing a claim against you want to receive my money or the girdle I prefer to go do 2 if you can please if you would please look at your this order and contact me ASAP

Super easy to work with for my return and refund. Will definitely order again when they have a faja with zipper at the bottom. Quality was excellent! Compression and materials were awesome!

Arrived quickly to US, great for my post op needs. Size is as decribed. Would recommend. Considering ordering a third for my recovery time.

Not an honest company, I paid for shipping expedited, they didn't send in time, it took almost 2 weeks , there not true to size, cery complicated returns, it says they will give you cash if not satisfied, then customer service says bo only store credit, you have to pay all shipping costs on returns. Never again will inbuy from them

It was to big and tore really easy in the elastic part that helps from sliding.

Worst company, scammers charged me over $50 for a shaper that same company selling on Amazon for cheaper price and same company selling same items for cheaper on AliExpress. It’s a China base company with multiple websites selling same products at variants price.

Loved this shapper. I gave it 4 stars only because I’m short and I need short leg people shapper. The legs had to be bunched up and caused a rash if I didn’t do it just right. Other than that this was a life savior. I’m 5’3 and 3 months post op. Still swollen and have a ways to go after flank sides or 360 liposuction and partial full TT but I’m much better than I was before.

My items arrived pretty fast and in great condition. They seem to run a bit small so I would've ordered a size up if I knew that. I am losing weight so I'll be able to wear them eventually. The quality is very good and seems like they will last a long time. The customer service is excellent with this company and they respond very fast and make sure you are satisfied. I will do business with them again.

Exceeded my expectations will b ordering again

I ordered from this company and my 1st order came perfect and on time. So I felt comfortable enough to order again this time I ordered 2 fajas and I guess depending on the vendor depends on how the material is cut so one of my fajas was cut way to small I looked to see how to exchange it and took all the proper steps for my exchange it has now been 3 weeks and I have been emailing them and getting no response so I had to send an email in concern of did you die? Then I get a response that said idk y you r not getting our emails. Well probably because you haven't sent one so now I'm pissed because I still don't have my faja and I want a refund but noone will respond to me so I will never order from this company again im very disappointed
