Gorgeous product and so well made, love the glass jars and sustainable packaging too. Bought for my partner who suffers with eczema quite bad, but not cost effective to use over big parts of the body twice/three times daily. For small areas of eczema I would definitely recommend and subscribe too as it works out cheaper.

Rapid solution
Unfortunately the lids on the jars were damaged when they arrived but Lola couldn’t have responded quicker or been more obliging . Replacement lids arrived rapidly and I only deleted 2 star because of this.

The first was impacted by the Royal Mail strikes and the second was held up by DPD with no explanation; it was shipped on time and the tracking details support this. Lovely products, great customer service!
I placed an order for express delivery just before a bank holiday and they were kind and attentive enough to contact me personally to let me know that there’d be a slight delay, in case I wanted to reschedule. And it got to me on the Saturday as they said it would which was perfect. All carefully wrapped and boxed. And the Shea butters are lovely!
