This set up was a such a hit at our wedding. I always have a photo booth set up at all my events but never tried a service until now and wow! It did not disappoint. The customer service was great. The photo frame artwork was great. It was so easy to use, and everyone enjoyed it. I plan to use again in the future.

I figured a Photo Booth would be a nice touch upon ordering it for our event, but it ended up being the star of the show with people lined up to take pictures all night. Seamless delivery and return process, easy to set up, and quality digital/print photos with filter capacity and props. We experienced a brief network & printer issue deep into the night, but despite the late hour, a friendly representative jumped on a video call with us and immediately resolved it. Don’t expect a met gala-level booth setup, but the hardware and experience were certainly worth the price, not to mention the impressive customer service.

So easy to communication with. Shipping was accurate and seamless. Easy setup and simple for our guests to figure out on their own. Suggest upgrading the light if you will have it in a darker room. Our guests loved it and we couldn’t be happier that we got this photo booth for our wedding. Highly recommend!

Great service! We had a booth for our wedding and everything was amazing; quality of the pictures was great, it was easy to set up and navigate through the whole thing! Would definitely recommend for any event!!

From the first notification the staff were available, helpful and prompt. Simple instructions for the whole process. We used it for a family birthday/ reunion. All ages were able to use it. We had so much fun recording memories. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Threw a 13th birthday party for my daughter and 15 girlfriends and this was the biggest hit! Super easy to use and when I had questions the customer service text me back immediately and even did a video chat with me when I had technical difficulties. They were great! The girls had a blast and it kept them busy for hours!

The experience could not have been any better. The box of material can be a bit frightening, making you feel like it’s impossible to set up but they truly give you step-by-step directions and the second I was confused I sent a text and they answered immediately! Set up took 10-15 mins, break down was even quicker. I will be booking love stream for every single event. Thank you for making my birthday so great!!!

Absolutely seamless to process to order, receive, set-up and return! They have this down to an art! Plus it was such a hit with all our attendees! Will have one at every event moving forward!

I have to say that LoveStream was SUPER easy to use and super helpful to have gotten the big package that comes with an attendant. Our attendant was Tashieka J and she was INCREDIBLE!!! She was getting people into the photo booth, super friendly and kind, and she packed everything back up for us so it was just an easy drop off at UPS. The booth came in on time even with a last minute switch (due to the nor’easter that displaced our wedding) and LoveStream was super helpful and got us covered. If you have issues with this photobooth or company, I’m 100% inclined to say it’s user error…It’s an iPad and ring light that are suuuuuper easy to set up (for any millennials or gen-z and under) and we did get the wrong props but we let them know as soon as we noticed and they gave us digital props instead!! Super happy with this vendor and what it added to our wedding. 10/10 if you worry about the bad reviews here(i did briefly) just go for the package that includes an attendant for that extra security blanket, super worth it.

Our experience with Lovestream was amazing. They were available the whole time to trouble shoot any issues and were so quick in their responses! They even had a courier come and deliver a piece we needed for the Photo Booth within hours. Highly recommend!

Very user friendly! I had trouble with connecting one piece, the power cord wasn’t in the instructions for a part that connects to the printer but I got a quick response from customer service and they stuck with me through a few more small questions and were super nice and helpful! The pictures turned out awesome and everyone loved it. I would absolutely use this at another wedding or event!!

I cannot recommend Lovestream enough! The customer service was fabulous, the communication was timely and thorough, instructions for setup and use were clear, and return information and notifications we appreciated with my busy schedule. Five stars all the way! 📸✨❤️

Great experience, We had an issue with setup the night before the event. They instantly set up a video chat to square things away and we were off and running. It was a great hit at our reception.

The set up took longer than expected but the customer service team was very helpful. I would recommend leaving an hour and a half to set up the booth to ensure there are no issues. I received a box without a return label but the team was willing to reimburse me for the postage I paid at UPS. They designed the photo strips just like I wanted and gave me plenty of time to revise the design if I wanted to. Everyone had so much fun with the Photo Booth! It was a great way to make memories at my birthday.

We decided at the last minute (2 weeks before the event) to get a Photo Booth for my daughter's wedding. The sales department was incredibly helpful, asked me questions about my event and gave me advice on what they thought would work for what I wanted. Ordering was easy and the package arrived when it said it would. Set-up was very simple. It was a big hit at the wedding and guests were able to take picture strips home with them. What's even better is that we get a gallery to see all the pictures that people took, which is super fun. Packing up was equally as simple-came with prepaid mailing labels so all I had to do was drop everything off at UPS. Money well spent--thank you so much!!

The booth was so easy to order, setup, AND use. Looking back at all of the memories we would have otherwise missed was so much fun! Would recommend 10/10 times!

This was a great affordable way to have a fun party photobooth! Customer service was excellent and responded quickly during my event to troubleshoot an issue.

The whole experience was wonderful! From delivery to instructions on how to set up, ease of use... everything was great!! It was a fun addition to my son's wedding!

Love that it’s was affordable and easy setup! Kids had so much fun!
