That Photo Booth was a huge hit at our class reunion. There was a line of people most of the time waiting to use it. I loved that we had multiple options for getting our photos, to include same day printing! We had a small issue getting everything to connect but there was a live person available to help and talked us right through it. I’ll definitely use them again.

We had such a great experience with Love Stream! Everything arrived as expected and was super easy to set up and use. The pictures turned out amazing, and it was definitely a hit at the party! It was such a fun addition, and I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

The Booth was very easy to set up, and I spoke with the CEO via video call and he was very personable and easy to work with. However, if you're doing black and white photos, I would definitely recommend special lighting to make sure the photos turn out clear as ours were black and white only, and came out grainy. But I do think the service was fair for the price.

The entire process with the Photo Booth is easy to set up, pick backgrounds and take photos. It was a huge hit at the wedding! Everyone enjoys taking family photos and the wedding party took photos which were goofy, which makes for great memories. Overall a great experience!

My wedding was this past weekend and we never even received the Photo Booth. They also kept telling us they were working on it but it never came. When we would try to call they wouldn’t answer. Was not impressed with this company. Very stressing and frustrating Friday and Saturday (my wedding day) day wondering if it will come in. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend, find something you don’t have to worry about being here on time.

The experience was great because the person had a good pitch. Got to the point explain everything in a time of the manner.

We rented the LoveStream Photo Booth for our daughter’s wedding, and it was a fantastic experience! It arrived on time, securely packaged, and was incredibly easy to set up and use. Everything worked perfectly, and our guests had so much fun capturing memories throughout the evening. The photo quality was excellent, and it was such a great addition to our celebration. We would absolutely recommend LoveStream to anyone looking for a fun, easy, and memorable addition to their special event!

The lovestream team was so helpful every step of the way. In the beginning, you get a video consult to make sure your needs align with the product. This is where the details can be ironed out for shipping, what you’ll need equipment wise, when you’ll need it and whatever else. This felt really cool because you’re talking with a real human, getting to ask all the questions you need to feel confident in the company. Then closer to your event, you get a questionnaire just making sure all the details are correct. When your Photo Booth ships, you get tracking numbers and a text from customer service. The photo booth was so easy to set up and so fun to use. Our guests were able to get a downloadable gif with their photo strip so it was fun to see all those uploaded to social media after our wedding. Shipping back was so easy- boxes and labels provided. This truly was such a breeze! I highly recommend this company. I felt like I was taken care of every step of the way. Every part of the consumers experience was so immaculately thought out.

was hesitant at first only because I’ve never done a Photo Booth before , but I’m so glad I choose love stream at my birthday party! Everyone loved it and was the best way to capture pictures of everyone it was so much fun!

I liked how everything comes neatly packaged with a checklist of the contents. Also, there were videos that help with setup. I ran into an issue with connecting the printer. I called the help desk, and at first the representative was troubleshooting but still couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue. She then sent me a video link so that she could see the iPad in real time, and then she was able to walk me through connecting the iPad and the printer. The issue was related to the hotel’s WiFi. I appreciated the technician staying with me and doing everything necessary to fix the issue. Also plenty of photo paper and ink were included. Packing up and return shipping was also very simple.

Really happy with the booth, came earlier as the mentioned, easy to install. A great experience foe me and all my guests! Totally recommend!!!

The PHOTOBOOTH arrived early and my clients loved it! I really appreciate how they took the photo I sent for reference and made the board the same to match the theme. Great customer service when I called to ask about the WiFi. I’d definitely recommend!! It was fun and easy to use.

Everything from start to finish was perfect with LoveStream! The set up was so easy, their team made an incredible graphic for us, and their equipment is so easy to use. I had entered the wrong date for the event graphic and their customer service fixed it for me in 2 minutes! I will only use LoveStream any time I need a Photo Booth!

The photobooth was easy to assemble and use. Communication from the company was great, and it came with all necessary equipment. Pic quality wasn't the greatest, but at the price point and coming from an iPad, it was fine! We enjoyed our experience.

My experience with Lovestream was 5 star ⭐ simple and easy. They made everything easy from picking what package I needed, mailing everything, providing an amazing representative to run the booth, and then packaging and mailing everything back was simple. I highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. This experience made my event top-notch and really added that extra spark to the night! Thank you!

I was hoping their photo booth would be a nice experience a family member's 70th birthday party, however it has been one nightmare after another.

For starters, I ordered a photo booth from them that I wanted to have delivered to the venue of our party. I understand I was cutting it close, hence I also had to pay for express shipping. While the equipment WAS marked as delivered, someone who does not work for the venue I had it delivered (which is in a strip mall), signed off on it. I show up as planned to the venue to begin setting up, only for staff and people who were there setting up for the party saying it never arrived. In fact, it was signed off by a person who did not work for the venue.

The staff for the venue looked in every possible place for the box containing the photo booth, the background, and the light, and never found it. The logical conclusion is it was most likely delivered to another suite in the mall, however I do not know WHICH one it is.

I've been trying to reach customer support via phone call, growing tired of emails and texts. I think I would have a better chance reaching someone who works at the IRS compared to this company. In the texts AND emails I've been receiving, they respond with a "proof of delivery" from UPS and are DEMANDING their equipment back or I be charged a replacement fee. Mind you, I NEVER RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT, and I have no clue where the UPS driver delivered it. And judging from their emails, the expectation is I drive all the way to the strip mall, which is more than an hour away from where I work, and go door to door asking "Do you have my package?". While I also find a nearby UPS to have it shipped back. I TRIED explaining via email that I was never in possession of the equipment and I understand the proof of delivery says it was "delivered" but it WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AT THE VENUE. And then you have the gall to say "We have done everything we can to assist you in locating the equipment" when all you do is provide a proof of delivery. Anyone can provide that, I can even go to UPS myself and get the tracking number and it will show it was delivered at the venue, but it WAS NEVER THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND IT IS IN ONE OF THOSE SUITES.

Utter waste of time and money. Do not do business with this company if you want to be given zero help with loss, be charged a replacement fee for equipment you never received, and go back and forth via text like if you were speaking to your toxic high school ex-girlfriend.
