Rubbish online experience trying to book tickets for Abba Voyage. Twice confirmed my details to purchase, twice got locked out. Twice received 'error message' to report to customer services. As usual, it's very difficult to find where to send an email to customer services. Meantime - no tickets for me. Don't bother trying to do online booking.

Kat provided kind and helpful service. Look forward to booking with LOVEtheatre again.

I had to exchange tickets. Patrick ( who I called on bank holiday Monday) was very kind and helpful. Helping me through the process online with total professionalism and understanding I’m not the most tech savvy !

I use this site quite a lot and it’s great and easy. Had to exchange tickets to a different date and Patrick sorted it out really quickly and easily.

Made a mistake when booking seats at the Apollo. Both Kat and Lesley have been very helpful in changing the restricted view seats which I booked to those which do not. Very understanding and efficient service at Love Theatre.

I was buying tickets for a special occasion and I thought I had bought two tickets next to an aisle . When I received the confirmation, I then realised they were next to a wall. I was really worried about trying to exchange these and on the direction of Love Theatre I submitted a ‘Help’ request. I continued to be concerned that the tickets I wanted would cease to be available so I rang Love Theatre and spoke to Lesley. She was extremely understanding and helpful and exchanged the tickets for me straight after the call. I received confirmation and my new tickets immediately .

Thanks for letting me know so quickly that this was processed and resolved . Booked Chaka khan tickets last year for this March, no refund has been issued , received an email 4th March was told refund would be issued within 10 working days, and nothing, a little concerning, now have to wait another 10 working days to receive a response.
