Only have a tiny kitchen but a perfect size being tall and slim fits in the corner lovely

My wife loves water! Really loves it! So for her birthday I decided to get her a home water cooler from LoveWater. I emailed their sales team and they were happy to arrange a delivery date and time for the exact date while she was at work. The surprise worked out perfectly! We at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Trust were so thrilled with the large donation of bottled water we received! This has gone out to all our staff working on the COVID wards at the moment and to our portering staff too. Everyone has been so thrilled and grateful to receive it and it has been much needed as breaks are few and far between at the moment. An especially big thank you to Nick who has been so kind and patient and delivered these to us without any issues at all, despite us mixing up our timings and being unable to meet him there! We have been a customer of Lovewater for over 10 years. The mini water coolers are not bulky and fits into any room. Its easy access to lovely tasting cold water on tap, which has encouraged my family to drink more water. The delivery and service is fantastic and reliable. I highly recommend the product.

The water tastes so good! Love Water is a huge improvement to our tap water. For our family, it is a health issue to be able to drink healthy water. Their customer service is impeccable, always in communication and always delivering on time and with a smile!

Unlike all the other reviewers I just glanced over, I have not been a customer for decades. We have only just signed up with our company a few months ago. All I can say is that the salesperson who dealt with us (Angel) is very nice, the guy who delivered the water also, the water tastes good and my staff like it. Everybody is happy with it. And it beats lugging bottles from Sainsbury's any day. :)
From our kettle, I can tell that it has more minerals than the water we had before (which came from a home filter).
Overall a pleasant and workable solution for us that I can recommend if you want convenient water at the office.
Update: After using the service for almost four years now, we are still happy. Still good service. Latest contact: Julie from Customer Service. Fast, efficient, friendly. What more can you ask for?

We’ve been a customer of Lovewater for about 15 years. We brought the water cooler for home to try and encourage the children to drink more water and we had it ever since! Great product and fantastic customer service. A great company and product which I highly recommend!
