Great job, swell as aftercare. I had 2 doors fitted few weeks ago. My front door was sticking before locking, I phoned them up to complain about this. Michael the engineer come out the next day and fixed the problem. Very professional and efficient service. Would recommend based on my experience

I have to say I am very impressed with the service I received from start to finish. I love my new windows they everything I wanted them to be. From the original measurement and quote to the final installation i was kept well informed. After looking around all window companies I have to say Love windows are best value for money.

Was a bit sceptical after reading the mixed emotions of reviews. I decided to pop down into the showroom as it wasn't too far from my girlfriends house.

Spoke to the manager himself, and he assured that the job would be done in a correct and timely manner. Estimated time was given as 8 weeks for all windows and doors to be made and fitted. This was done in the 8 weeks, as well as we were knocked of 10% from the original quote as a good gesture will.

Excellent service and communication. Would 100% recommend as they have some of the most competitive prices.

Love windows were fantastic , the window fitters were very friendly and clean, they left the house clean and tidy windows were fitting on time and I would recommend love windows to all my friends and family

We have recently had 4 windows and a door replaced and a small porch added to the front of the house. Once again very satisfied with Love Windows service and quality of workmanship. All work carried out professionally and to timetable, despite adverse weather conditions. We were kept informed of progress at all times and the porch work was brought forward and completed nicely ahead of schedule and indeed before Christmas. We would certainly recommend Love Windiws to friends and will go to them in future for any further requirements.

A sales man called BEN called to a pensioner 8? Year old and took a deposit and never fitted-windows . when I first contacted BEN on behalf of the pensioner he said he would give the pensioner is deposit back . The money never arrived. Then I received a message saying he had contacted his lawyers ?... I spoke to BEN who said he had spoke to his lawyers for advice and his boss drove a rolls Royce lol What does this have to do with fitting windows or returning a deposit?? How can this company advertise on tv ?? Needs reporting to trading standards etc

Its 22.01.2019 and we are still waiting for door which meant to be fitted within 8 weeks. There is no way of contacting them, they never call back. At the beginning of December we tried to cancel the order due to their lies. Obviously they told us that we cannot because the door are apparetly ordered and being prepared. 6 weeks later we are still waiting for them being fitted. My bf is calling them pretty much every day. And guess what- no reply. Please do not fall for them and their tv advert. DO NOT USE

AVOID this company at all costs. Like the other reviews say we were promised a fitting before Christmas which never happened so I asked for a refund. I called 12 times in 3 weeks and just got through to some clueless although very pleasant woman who promised someone would call but never did. I gave up in the end and contacted my credit card company and got my deposit back. I cannot stand liars, thieves or bullies, and between the salesman and the useless people on the phone they have all three!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

this company will go bust very soon, just out for what they can get do as little as possible then will close down. All the addresses and picture on their google page of the showroom is fake. If you are owed money by them good luck but you are probobly waisting your time, you will win a court case but getting the money will be a different story.

Love Windows has a glossy site on the internet and has also used a tv campaign featuring June Brown, the actress from East Enders to sell their products. Having seen the tv promotion I phoned up and a salesman called round. I ordered some windows on October 26 and paid a deposit of £600. Two days after this my wife became very ill and so I decided to cancel the order. It states quite clearly on the contract that if the order is cancelled within 14 days, either by letter or e-mail all moneys will be returned. I wrote a letter sent by recorded delivery and also sent an e-mail on 3 November to the London address on the contract which is in Covent Garden, London. I had no reply from either source. l wrote a second letter also by recorded delivery on 29 November which was returned by the Post Office with the message that delivery had been refused. I also sent further e-mails but had no response. On December 8 I wrote another letter which was also totally ignored. I have phoned the company on numerous occasions and been told that someone would phone me back. Eventually I managed to speak to the sales manager named Adam who has said twice that he would get the accounts department to send me a cheque. It is now January 20 and no cheque has arrived. l am an 84 year old pensioner and my wife is aged 83. We are disgusted at the treatment we have had from this company and would advise anyone thinking of having dealings with them to steer clear.

Well after my first review of this company i got a phone call from Love Windows who informed me someone would be out on the 8th Jan to carry out the repairs to my windows, and NO they never turned up.
While i was arranging this i was asked to remove my trust pilot review and they would definately be here on that date as promised.
That day passed and i rang them again and was told an engineer would contact me nobody did so i rang again, they were full of false apologies and still no contact from them.
I am now going down the road of getting someone else to repair them and a solicitor and i will be getting the builder to do an actual report on the actual window fitting.
Love Windows will be getting my repair bill for this and i wont be letting this go as a matter of principle.
I used this company through the trust pilot reviews but the ones i have read since having them done i wish they was on there before i used them.
I hope they read this and see how much stress they are causing horrible company avoid at any cost!!!!!!!!

Another week goes by still no contact from “love windows “ , there’s a misnomer if ever there was one. I have now hired another company to finish off what “love windows” haven’t done in nearly 7 months . I will keep trying to get my money back but all you get is lies. I’m sure all the latest positive reviews are made up to try to stem the flow of real reviews and bad experiences. Who in their right mind would read the posts on here and still trust these con men. I repeat do not trust these people.
