The windows and fitting are NOT guaranteed!! Love Windows is NOT a member of any glazing association!! After NINE months I’m still waiting for a receipt. All this matters if you want to sell your house.

If anyone from Love Windows reads this please let me and all the other readers know why I have not yet had any reply to my requests for a receipt with a date of fitting.

Thank you for the first ever prompt reply.

This is not about workmanship! It’s about me paying you the full amount via bank transfer and not getting any form of documentation which 1. Confirms the date of fitting. 2. Provides any guaranteed time period (ie 15yrs) 3. Confirms the number of windows replaced and amount paid.

Please simply email this document which I have repeatedly asked for and of course I can remove this factual review.

Love windows have once again pleased me I had some windows installed in early January but due to financial issue and also being a pensioner I had to look and watch at what I’m spending the quality of my windows were amazing but there was one thing that was missing which was a new door I contacted this company on the 23rd of feb for a new safe guard composite door and it got fitted yesterday the door feels so solid and makes my home and me feel much safer thank you very much

I would like to share my experience with this company.

Ordered 3 windows in July 18 told by the salesman the installation time at the moment is 6 weeks.
After 5 weeks no surveyor or anyone from the company had been in touch.
I rang them and was informed that it takes 12-14 weeks, They asked me the name of the salesman I told them his name billington
then was informed he had been sacked for telling lies to customers
Regrettably for Love windows when I checked the salesman name when I got home from work he was not called billington
Then they rang me at work and gave me one hours notice for the surveyor who was in the area
Eventually got the windows installed mid December 18
It is now March and despite repeated phone calls and e-mails
I have no receipt for payment and no paperwork for the guarantee
My plan was to have the windows installed then buy off them French Doors plus Front and Back Doors and the remaining 3 windows
On the day of installation cannot fault the team of three guys or
the quality of the windows
But will I be going back to them hmmm let me think about it

From the knowledgeable and professional salesman to the prompt and efficient fitting of the door I cannot fault the service received. I have no hesitation in recommending this company based on my experience.
