Terrible terrible carpet cleaning company - carpets are now worse then before they worked on them.
This company is a bait and switch - you call Babayan's rug cleaning and you get this company and don't realize that you've got this company because they don't identify themselves when taking your order. The only reason that I found out was because I asked for an invoice and instead of the company I thought I was retaining, it was this company.
And they did a terrible terrible job - did not get stains out even though they were shown to the cleaner to begin with. They actually made it worse and ruined the carpet.
Had to call in another carpet cleaning company to fix.
When I complained while cleaner still here they said they couldn't guarantee all stains would be removed, something never said before and when I asked for a $40.00 refund they refused.
That should give you an idea of what kind of company they are -
So don't use these guys if you want a decent carpet cleaning job done.
