Brilliant service, stayed in contact at all times with when they had stuff arriving and when it would be delivered, great communication, could do with more companies like this one will definately use this store again. Great prices ,great communication and great customer service couldn't ask for better.

I really felt these were people who really care about their customers. I was interested in the Silva Sprint headlamp and telephoned to ask about a discount. The guy I spoke to, Tom, was attentive, courteous and even phoned me back to say he would be delayed in responding to my query. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the deal I got. And I had the added delight of receiving my item in double quick time. Excellent all round. I will definitely be looking to your company for future purchasing and recommending it to others.

Post script: I was unfortunate to have a break-in at my house; the thieves took my headlamp charger (I guess, thinking it was for my laptop). I phoned Loving Outdoors to source a replacement. It came the next day - with no charge. How good is that for customer service?!

What a reliably well run company. I needed something in a rush. NO PROBLEM! One phone call and the next morning first class 9am delivery as promised. The prices are amazing too - How do they do it?

Ordered my GPS 62s Bundle on 26 July 2011 around 1300hrs, it arrived the next day around 1000hrs, fantastic service, also got £50 back for the trade in offer on my etrex vista.
I wish other companies were this quick with orders and emails.

Onto a winner with this one. Had a slight confusion with delivery to begin with but this was quickly put right by Tom and I even received a gesture of goodwill as well. Excellent product choice online, nice friendly service and they admit and put right any problems that may occur (just the once so thats all good).

Looking forward to purchasing from them again and will recommended to others.

'I came across 'Lovingoutdoors' via Youtube and a GPS/Geocaching video. Having looked at the website I contacted them for information regarding the Garmin GPSMAP62S. Their communications from Tom and Scott has been first class and friendly. It was good to talk to a named person as opposed to a call centre. I ordered the GPS and it arrived within 2 working days. Have only had the GPS for a couple of hours now but so far very impressed with it - looking forward to doing some paperless Geocaching. With this in mind I can thoroughly recommend them'.

Although the first item ordered was not 100% an new adaptor, then a new unit was sent. This was still not 100%, so a cheaper version was sent and the difference immediately credited to my card.
All the time they were chasing ME to make sure things were okay and I was satisfied. When they said they would phone, they did - oh, if only all businesses were like this one!

This company has definitely gone the extra mile -or two for me & I would whole heartedly recommend them to everyone. If only all companies cared about their customers as much as this one does. Thank you Tom

I recently purchased some high end GPS equipment and software. Having just arrived from the US, I had to contact them with questions concerning delivery. They were prompt at answering and offered suggestions as to the best way to have the products delivered. When it was time to order, I had to phone get some help. Tom, who had answered my emails and the phone was outstanding. The product arrived before the anticipated time. It was a pleasure doing business with them. And, they sent me a thank you email the following week.

It has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience buying through Lovingoutdoors. Excellent website, very competitive prices and an efficient friendly service with no quibbles when I had to change part of my order and request a refund. A young company that deserves to do well. The site is clear and helpful. Prices very good. Delivery excelent, ordered Thursday morning, received Friday morning you can't get better than that. The item was packed well. I will reccomend lovingoutdoors to anyone.

Tried lots of other websites and ebay but lovingoutdoors offered best price and cheapest delivery and quickest.So iam very pleased.

Writing this before I receive my goods because I have to say the site is so refreshingingly inspiring, just get a good feel from it. Item was well priced and delivery normally free but I did select the quicker delivery as I don't like waiting. Ordered about 10:30 pm last night and have already had reply that my order will be on it's way shortly.... hopefully I'll get it tomorrow. I'm in Northern Ireland so I will be impressed if thats the case... but I'll be back with an update!

Garmin have not yet released their new cycle unit, I have had one on pre-order with Loving Outdoor for about a month. As the target release date got closer the guys wher fantastic at updates and communication. Every email was answered within a day. Thanks guys. Great service from a online shop.

received next morning (saturday).Excellent,superb and very friendly staff.
I lead walks for two walking groups and have recommended this company to

Refreshing company. Stood out from the rest when I was trying to decide between tents for an up coming camping trip. I spoke to an helpful chap on the phone that told me the key differences between to two and sold me one which best suited me, received it the next day! Been back since to order more equipment and I've been treated to the same level of excellent customer service.

They have an easy to use website which is well laid out and informative. Love the Bored section and competition too.
