The company was eager to take my booking and payment. Following 2 no-shows for the booked assessments (both claiming Covid) and an inability to source a replacement, I requested a cancellation. 10 days later I am still awaiting refund payment or confirmation of it being processed.
Carried out an ECIR report for these in January, supplied them the EICR report and was told I would be paid with in 30 working days, no payment received, they do not answer phone or emails. starting to wonder if this is all a scam!!! PAY YOUR WORKERS PLEASE!
