Great value glasses for both me and my husband and very pleased with them too. I would absolutely recommend using this company again and especially with the offers and discounts compared to high street opticians

Two pairs of varifocals ordered, arrived well packed, in the time advertised, lots of updates from the company, I took advantage of the 50% off offer, so saved a lot of money, the glasses are well fitting, comfortable and the prescription is perfect. I wasn’t expecting top of the range, but they are great quality.

I really don’t recommend buying your glasses here. My first experience was good but now my second time was a nightmare. The glasses didn’t work at all. I have asked for a refund and they sent the refund to PayPal and I didn’t pay by PayPal.
The communication with customer care takes days.
I wasted my money and time.

Waiting for 17 days for glasses. No customer service, Will not be ordering from here c other places are better.

This site is amazing - Go for an eye test, look at glasses you like / fit, and note the name of the glasses. Once home get the measurements from the eye test website and order the same or similar glasses from here, for a lot less.

Originally bought a emergency pair if glasses as usual ones broke and unable to get to local shops.
These turned out to be one of the best pairs i have had. Unfortunately these got destroyed in a freak accident.
As prescription has changed and now need varifocal, a definite indicator of middle age.
Anyway purchase a pair of varifocals for a fraction of cost of local optometrist which are perfect. So good that I have bought a spare pair.

First time buyer and took advantage of the 50% off discount. I probably would not have risked it without it. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase - delivered within anticipated timescale and of good quality.

Ordered on Monday, paid extra for express delivery, glasses arrived on Friday. The prescription seems correct, the glasses are as good as any high street shop. Very impressed for the price I paid. Will use again.

Good option for people who wants to save money. In UK shops glasses are so expensive. Here it's affordable.

Low Cost Glasses are neither cheap nor cheerful. They are garbage - as is their service. The varifocals took over a month to arrive and were wavy, like looking through a bottle. They also did not fit the standard included clip-on sunglasses - yet they shipped them. I really advise you go to a decent company - especially if you are ordering complex lenses. Also, their "Low-cost" options, with included lenses suddenly shoot up double or treble the price, when you go to the checkout. LOOK ELSEWHERE, for low cost glasses. Money saving expert usually has a good rundown of options.

I ordered intermediate glasses and entered all the information from my prescription but I received reading glasses I don't need because there was no inter add on my prescription. I thought they would calculate the intermediate prescription from the distance and near prescription provided. Would have been nice if they had contacted me before making the glasses and won't give a refund as they blame me for entering the wrong information.

Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Good value for money, no issues whatsoever!

The glasses are great, but took a while to arrive bearing in mind I didn't have a prescription.
