DO NOT ORDER!!!!
My order was missing a part & they have refused to send me the missing part.
I sent them a photo of my order and mistakenly had a product i ordered from a a different company in the photo (my mistake) but i messaged them straight after and explained that product wasn’t in my order i had ordered it from another seller and sent them proof of my order from the other company.
They then proceeded to say that this product was from them, and if i returned it they would send me my missing part. I send them multiple screenshots to prove that this product was bought from another company yet they kept saying it was from them & that they aren’t going to send me my missing part of the order. I ordered from eBay so luckily i can get my money back through eBay, but if there is any issues i will be going via the bank and getting it back that way. Customer services were blunt, came across rude and unhelpful making me out to be a lier.
I would definitely recommend NOT ordering from them and take your business elsewhere. I will also be leaving a review on their EBay page so stay clear from both

I bought 2 eTRV valves. One has worked one hasn't. It just says AdAP on the display and I can't get this to change. The instructions that come with it don't mention AdAP and I can't find any further info on the site.

I have bought a second 30A Smart (WiFi) Timer unit as a spare for the identical device I have in use already. It is a great product and works very well. Support from the company was good where the setup instructions were not as complete as they could be. I had the device up and working very quickly. All in all, great product and a good company to deal with.

When I reported that one of the LED Floodlights had stopped working purchased less than a year ago, the Low Energy Supermarket quickly dispatched a replacement without any fuss - great service!

When the halogen bulbs failed on an overhead unit we decided to replace with LED ones. This meant we needed a suitable LED driver transformer. For a very good price, the one sent out by Low Energy Supermarket met our needs. Delivered 2 days after ordered via Amazon and fitted. All went well.

An excellent company to deal with. They went above and beyond to send me the product I ordered.

I placed an order on the 14th Nov, I received a confirmation of my order but no other updates. On the 20th Nov as I hadn't heard anything or received my order I contacted them for an update. I received an email saying they have refunded me followed by another email saying "We are sorry to hear this - as this may be lost or damaged in transit we have refunded you".
Would have been nice if they sent the sorry email and asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund!!

I recently purchased various products from Low Energy Supermarket and had a generally positive experience. Their customer service stood out when I had an issue with a faulty Victron Cerbo GX-S; they quickly replaced it with a working unit. I also tried the Stormguard Aquacarrier Qlon Around Door Seal, which effectively stopped drafts in my old cottage, though clearer fitting instructions could help some users. I was pleased with the quick delivery and performance of LED drivers for my patio lights, and found a part night photo electric control at a great price, easy to install and of good quality. For a first-time user, their communication and delivery were impressive. Overall, Low Energy Supermarket provides excellent products and service, making it likely I will shop with them again. 4 stars!
