Delivery on time product exact replacement and Quality couldn't ask for more.

30A mechanical timer switch - outdoor. Well designed product, working fine to control garden lights. Needed to be outside in the rain - has IP rating. Easy to see the timer settings, easy to change timings. A bit fiddly to wire up.

I ordered a replacement transformer for some pond decking lights, followed the appropriate power ratings on the original unit and it saved me buying a whole new set, we shall see how long this lasts but so far I have a great deal of confidence in the product. Thanks

Good value for money and all delivered quickly, no problems whatsoever

Bought a brush type bottom of door draught excluder with cover to conceal fixings.
Product seems quite flimsy.
Difficult to fit as seeing the screw holes is difficult with these being at least partly obscured by the ‘hinged’ cover which conceals these.
I imagined the screw holes might be oblong to allow easy adjustment, but they aren’t.
On the positive side product is reasonably priced because free delivery is included.
Also looks good when fitted.
Not sure I would buy again because of the issues with fitting. If the cover was detachable fitting would be more user friendly.

I have no issues with this company and will order from them again in the future. I ordered a rigid 50w solar panel, it arrived before the estimated date, no damage to the packaging and the panel works as expected.

Apparently Effective and _nearly_ a great product

I bought a smart high-current switch to control my immersion heater.
Assembly and wiring is slightly disconcerting: the switch basically comes apart into several sub-assemblies. It's cheap construction (but also was low in cost compared to others, so that's fair enough) but with reasonable care it's not too hard to fit.

The most frustrating part was connecting to the SmartLife app: nowhere in the instructions on the switch does it tell you how to put it in to pairing mode. The app tells you to switch it off and on again, but that doesn't work.
By random button-pressing I did find the answer: press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds. Once that's done everything goes smoothly.
Altogether about 90 minutes to remove the old switch and get this one to the point that I can now heat water again.
Next step is to work out the timer programming in SmartLife and if I can get that sorted the final goal is to link it to the Octopus Agile tariff.

If it hadn't been for the pairing glitch this would be 5 stars.

Ordered light sensor switch from eBay. Didn’t perform as a switch in any way just permanently on. Contacted seller to discuss and they said it may take 5 days to work (??). Knew this was nonsense but went along with it. Of course it never worked. By this time, as I explained to seller, I had no way of getting sensor down from height. Asked for refund of £9 for goodwill but they insisted item be returned. Robotic impersonal service - “if you don’t return the unit we will assume it is working”. Not how to run a ‘family business’. Won’t use again.

We bought the seal last year - great shopping experience, fast delivery, no issues. Good repair job using the seal on my front door.... We have just bought a new house & the door seals need replacing so obviously the first choice was Low Energy Supermarket for a second order

Bought a dc-dc converter (via Amazon) and the price and speedy delivery were both excellent. Will be pleased to use again.

orders some stormguard weather sealer for round a door - came in good time - thats the positive bit - the rest not so good - 5 strips of flexible plastic wrapped in one layer of corrugated cardboard - anything but rigid - evri managed to bend them - not a disaster but some damage to strips - ends of rolled packaging covered with tape - no bubble wrap or other protection so bits sticking out and damaged - nagain not a disaster as the pieces needed cutting to length but more care would have cost nothing - the cut ends looked as though they had been chewed - if they were cut then a new saw would be a good idea

all that reported to the supplier who in truth seemed not to care - they thought the packing ok and it was not their problem that evri had bent the item and certainly not their problem that the cutting was rubbish - thats how they got them so tough

also i was offered a 5% discount - told my basket had been adjusted so it would show - still waiting - when i raised it again not their problem - so never got it

in short - the product is good when its fitted and cheaper than most other suppliers but CS is poor at best - it was all too much trouble to get involved

The shower head was as described. It was a direct replacement for the one I took down. The head has five different settings which are so simple to activate. All in all a very good showering experience was had. This is the second item I have purchased from this vendor and I must say I have not been disappointed in any way with their products and service. Would use them again.

The units were ordered Wed eve ... and arrived Friday morn! The 50W floods, (with multiple LED rather than just one central COB) is very bright. No idea how it was put together as the heatsink and front bezel are all one cast component! Will be converting them to video lighting

The PIR light switch arrived promptly and works well. I have had no need to try their customer service, but I'm impressed with the value for money any fast delivery.
