Absolutely will not use this store…

Absolutely will not use this store again!!! I only spend about 10,000.00 a week with Lowe’s! Matt in commercial sales is by far the worst pro services employee I’ve interacted with. I gave you over a week led time on my delivery. You couldn’t even process it until Monday because you don’t know how to do it on the Friday before. I’ve had the delivery date changed 5 times since the original order and now today 3 different changes on delivery time!!!! It has cost MY COMPANY 600.00 today do to YOUR Inadequacy!!! I WILL DO ALL I can to make sure anyone I can tell will not only not deal with you but not shop this store! I will spend the triple cost to have New center commons Lowe’s deliver my materials to Holden beach rental locations. 14 locations to be accurate !!!!

Horribale I ordered a washing machine…

Horribale I ordered a washing machine lows could not install it because I need a valve so they told me to call a plumber so the plumber hooked it up for me so lows did not install the gut that came out and said if the plumber hooked it up call Lows back for a refund since Lows didn't install it well what a rip off after they charged me for insulation they they didn't provide and it's on my receipt Lows sucks never again Homp Depo for now on and a friend told me to go to Home depo should of listen I give Lows a big fat 0

As a customer for many years. Super employee

As a customer for many years, I've had many complaints with customer service in the stores. However, I had one employee that went beyond his duties to assist me in many ways at store # 2652 in Fern Park the young man's name is Pedro, in the appliance department. Pleasant to talk to, new his appliances, help me make the right choices with the appliances. We felt this young man needs to teach other employee's / managers how to work with customers. Great Job Pedro! FYI the sale was for $3033.00. No! we are not related or have met before.

😡😡😡 Very dishonest

😡😡😡. I purchased 2 identical Moen faucets (bathroom) in January of 2026 and went to return the 2 faucets March 13, 2026 and my return was denied!! I couldn’t locate the receipt and mentioned to the DEI hire (weird glasses, hair do) that she could look up the purchase from Lowe’s end but she wouldn’t work. I left and called the manager and the same story. “No return without a receipt” ( I just wanted to exchange for a different style and I would pay the difference by the way these were $150 each”). I don’t get it.

I bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s and…

I bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s and they came to install it and after they left, it wasn’t assembled all the way it wasn’t secured to the countertop. It wasn’t leveled with leveling feet and it was hanging the spot where they were supposed to mount it so that the door don’t even close when I went to the store to complain about it. I waited for a half hour to speak to an assistant manager or a manager and nobody ever came I will never use Lowe’s again. I will never shop there.

Kitchen Renovation Nightmare!

We bought cabinets, counters and kitchen appliances from Lowe's. We paid Lowe's to install everything. They told us the job would be stated within 3 months. They took 10 months to even start, and that was after sending the wrong sink, the wrong size cabinets, then damaged cabinets. All that time we lived without a kitchen or appliances. We were gas lit, lied to, and scammed by Lowe's management. It was the absolute worst experience! Repeatedly calling the store, showing up in person, trying to find someone who would help us. We spent months so stressed out! Not knowing if we'd ever get the kitchen we paid for. The subcontractor Lowe's hired to install our counters put in scratched counter tops. Lowe's refused to warranty anything, leaving us to replace defective counters we paid 5K for. I'm still traumatized from the whole experience. DO NOT HIRE LOWE'S FOR ANYTHING! You will regret it.

If it was possible to give no stars…

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Lowe's corporate cancelled my order for being fraudulent (it wasn't), except they lied on the phone and said the item couldn't be ordered online and had to be purchased in person (why is it on your website then???). They could have fixed it right then and simply apologized for canceling the order and reinstated it, but they didn't. They sent me to the store to get it. They didn't have it at my local store, but this is where the customer service associate told me it was fraud, which is how I found out that the corporate agent on the phone lied. I was then directed to go to another store and hour away, but they would not hold the item for me. The customer service was terrible and I did not get the item, which was supposed to be a gift. It was the lying that really put me off when this could have been easily resolved. Done with Lowe's.

I went into the millerville Lowes store…

I went into the millerville Lowes store to buy a riding lawnmower. I am an older widowed woman who needed one to cut my grass as my other one finally bit the dust. I had never bought one on my own before. Four employees were at the cashier by the front door and i told them what i wanted to do. They told me to wait and would get me some help. After waiting 20 minutes i asked again as they were standing around laughing and talking. I then got some help. A young man named robert came outside with me and i showed him which one i wanted. He explained everything on the lawnmower to me, how to fill the oil, where to put the gas in it and so on. He was very nice and gave me the 5 percent discount (with lowes card i had), finished everything at cashier himself. It is to be delivered to me on monday and i'll write an update after it gets here. So customer service started off fair but ended up well. Update: the lawnmower was delivered on the day expected and in good order until i tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I called Lowes and they set me up for service 2 days later. However a family member came over and determined the battery needed charging. He charged it for me and it started right up. No complaints.

Damaged boxes and contents

Damaged boxes and contents. We ordered 8 grow lights and a wire rack. The lights came in 8 separate shipments on two days. The boxes were flimsy and half of the lights were literally bent. It looked like they were just taken off a shelf and handed to the shipper instead of being packed. The rack also came in a beat-up box with a note from FedEx saying they received it that way. We’re done.

Placed an order for multiple items…

Placed an order for multiple items online. Designated the order for delivery. Somehow part of the order was designated in store pick up. When I called to correct it, they said I had to cancel it and reorder. Then somehow they changed another part of to store pickup. No help changing the order. No one interested in helping me. Last time for Lowes for me. They just don't care.

Legitimate defective return within the…

Legitimate defective return within the return period denied because the item was installed. It was installed and found defective and we required a replacement. Lowe's refused replacement or refund. This happened previously and we took the loss. Now, again taking another loss, we will never shop at Lowe's again and will not recommend them.

AVOID LOWES PAY LATER PROGRAM !!!!!

I made the horrific mistake of buying appliances through Lowe's Pay later program with synchrony bank. First, I was lied to and told that it was 0 interest for a year and it wasn't. Second, managing the loan itself is an absolute nightmare. I give my highest recommendation AGAINST using Lowes Pay Later with Synchrony.

Lowes Mistake = Poor Customer Service

Rushed home after receiving a text that my order of 4 bags of rocks and 2 bags of potting soil had been delivered a little more than an hour after submitting it online. Got home, no rocks, no soil, just a sinking sensation. Email picture of the delivery from Lowes showed a small bag in front a small shack versus a pile of rocks and dirt in front of a well kept two story brick home. Close to an hour or so communicating with AI, then a real person by phone who did not seem fully trained and then a real person on another chat who agreed to cancel my order per my reqùest and informed me it would take 2-3 weeks for it to be procesed per standard procedures!!! Pretty sure this allows the company to make even more money off of my "money" at my expense instead of doing the right thing! Plan to start giving my business to the small business owners when possible. Sorry for the long rant...

Extremely poor customer service

We bought a 8000 BTU portable air conditioner online. Extremely heavy. Followed directions, and nothing. Did not work. Tried all the recommendations in the manual, didn’t work. We were running a 12,000 BTU in the same spot, no issues. It was dead on arrival. Called customer service (because unbeknownst to us you have 48 hours to return it). This was the next day after delivery. They said that you HAVE to return it to a Lowe’s store. Seriously? We are not spring chickens, and just the idea of trying to get this huge, very heavy appliance into a vehicle and then into the Lowe’s store was overwhelmingly ridiculous. The only other option was to suck it up and deal with a loss of about $300. I used to like Lowe’s, but sadly they really have zero customer service.

I used Lowe's for my remodel project

I used Lowe's for my remodel project. Floor was installed and not leveled. Custom Cabinets ordered December 2, 2025 and still not installed because Lowe's measured incorrectly so the cabinets did not fit and had to reorder. No one gives me specific updates. I've filed complaints and no one responds. They make it difficult to post review on their website. In the end if you buy from Lowe's and use installation services you are just adding layers that make it very difficult to correct anything when they get it wrong. The limited communication i have from them is basically just telling me to sit and wait until the reorder is delivered. I should have used someone else that could fix the problem immediately because it was their fault. Plus maybe you can get someone who could actually fix the problem and get accurate information.
