SCAM They sell flights for an specific price and then the confirmation mail states a number that does not exist, a wrong telephone number, etc. Then I got a whatsapp with the confirmation for double the price I agreed! As they said in the chat of the website, these are taxes and luggage but I never agreed on booking luggage and the taxes were extremely high, completely unrealistic.

Really bad experience I booked the flights on Saturday and received confirmation saying etickets were being processed… on Monday I got in touch with them to enquire why I did not receive the etickets, person said Mr. Albert was to talk to me to confirm in 1-2 jours… called them back to find out they did not confirm with the airline and the booking had to change, began mentioning alternatives that did not fit my booking availability as if they did not see dates and times… poor customer service… they do not taje accountability… not a serious company… ending up cancelling the booking with them gas to follow up 3 times to get the confirmation of the cancellation. Why would they have online service if they have to call you to confirm… nowhere during the booking it says they need to get in touch by phone to reconfirm. Really dissapointed.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam
I'm pretty sure this is a scam. I booked flights via Flightsbank in April 2020, but these were cancelled because of covid. When I rang to speak to the customer service, the number from Flightsbanks website (+1-855-441-1305) rang straight through to LFF. As soon as I mentioned Flightsbank, the operator got very nervous and blew me off. I wouldn't trust these guys as far as you can throw them. I'm now 6K out of pocket!
