Booked Roses never delivered and refuse to refund
Booked Roses for My Wife at a cost of £57. They said tried to delivery them At 2:45 but we were in. They put a card through the letterbox saying your flowers have been rerurned to the shop. on the card there was the option to leave in a safe place which they choose not to do. Which the front garden offers lots of if a bit of effort or thought is put into it. There was also the avaliblity of leaving with one of the 20 neigbours on our square 8 of which had to be walked past as you cant park outside our house. when i found the card i tried to call the shop but couldnt get through as they closed at 3pm. I messaged the shop via Facebook and left my Number on the message. They eventually rang me at 5pm offering to deliver at some piont because as they said it was valentines day till 12 that night. I said that i would like a refund as I expected the delivery to be am. I also said the service was shocking and i wasnt happy at this point they became abusive saying they had had over 200 deliverys to do that day and refused to issue a refind. to which i replied i have no other option but to use the power of social media to highlight the treament we received from the shop owner operator. This was to be a special day which this company managed to ruin twice once by failing to do what they where paid to do the second when they have attempted to steal our funds by putting a claim in to paypal to keep our funds. This company never delivered the goods they still have them we have never seen them, I'm sure they will right a reply stating they tried to deliver..... trying isnt doing no matter how you paint it. But taking money for something you never delivered NOW! that its theft.
