I have had 2 different C&P exams thru…

I have had 2 different C&P exams thru this company with the VA, one was done in person and I have been fighting them for over a month to get my travel pay. They said they haven't sent the check because my address was a post office box on file, I told them that's my mailing address and the VA has my physical address on fine as well. I asked if they had contacted the VA and they said no. Then I asked why they hadn't reached out to me asking about my address and they said they don't do that. So my next question was if I didn't call you would I have gotten my travel pay? They proceeded to tell me that if I wouldn't have called they would not have further reached out to anybody to get me my travel pay. I called them again today 11 days after contacting them and they finally issued a check today to mail so I can finally get reimbursed for my travel pay for an appointment that was over a month ago. I have filed a complaint with the VA with them and waiting on a response. I have told them and I've told the VA that companies like them are the reason that Veterans commit suicide having to deal with the BS and that we have to deal with with companies like that!

ATTN VETERANS:BEWARE OF THIS C&P CONTRACTOR

ATTN VETERANS: If this is your C&P contractor, Call the VBA, ask them to change the company and do not do business was with them. There are other contractors available. If you have had a similar situation or negative experience - REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY.

Loyal Source is a Company in Florida with government contracts to conduct VETERAN DISABILITY C&P Exams.

I had 2 exams in Nov - 1 WHICH I TRAVELED OUT OF STATE FOR. They sent the travel check for the in state exam which was about $8 but for the much LARGER OUT IF STATE CHECK NOTHING.

It’s been over 3 months, my account was flagged for hardship, and no check.

Now - this is where it gets interesting - I call. They said they would look into it. I call a week later - they say they’ll look into it. I call a week later - ask to speak to a supervisor - and the refused to put me on the phone with one. Told me no one is available. In fact, they kept me on hold for an hour, then hung up. I call back, they just said escalate it to the VA refused to get me to a supervisor and put me on hold. Then, I went to FB to get their attention - AND THEY BLOCKED ME.

What business that is SUPPOSED TO HELP VETERANS DOES THIS.

Their FB looks friendly. They’re playing games and having costume contests and toys drives - BUT THATS NOT THEIR JOB. They’re understaffed, rude, and their reps do not know what they are doing - NO CLUE.

Issue #2 I called to ask a question about a missed appt. The DAV is representing me, instructed me to contact the VBA, the contractor, while they submitted a form for me. I did as directed.Instead of answering my question the rep kept reading off case numbers - repeatedly over and over again - which was not what I needed. I get it he has to read the case number but does he have to do it over and over on repeat - go through the entire list every time he has to look back through? My question was t even about the appts. I didn’t even need that information, That’s literally all he did THEN SHAMED ME FOR NOT CALLING WHEN I WAS SICK. LIKE REALLY? It was so frustrating and he was so ignorant about his job I had to hang up.

VETERANS DESERVE BETTER

They still owe me for out of state travel, but blocked me and hung up on me so I reported them to the VBA, and asked them to cancel all future appts with this contractor.

Be careful out there.
