Damaged Package, Missing Items, and Poor to none customer Support
I had to reach out to the company myself because I never received any tracking information or any updates showing that my order had even been shipped. Communication was very poor, and I was left wondering where my package was for weeks.
When the package finally arrived, the box was in terrible condition and looked like it had been poorly packed and broken. On top of that, two items from my order were completely missing. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially considering the lack of updates and the condition the package arrived in. I tied contacting them again...never heard back.
