I have to say this is by far the Worst ever web site that I've ever had to yous.I would off give No Stars.It is Terrible.it just sends you round in circles.If you do get in.you dont next time you Try to Log In.The Service you receive is so Unprofessional and No help at all really.
What an awful company. I contacted them years ago with questions about combining pensions after starting a new job. They wouldn't speak to me or give me any information about combining pensions.
I then receive a letter after returning from holiday on 10th March telling me I had one month to make a decision about combining pensions. Again, no information was provided, just a letter saying I need to make a decision. It said there should be a leaflet enclosed, there is not. I have spoke to them five times and am still getting nowhere. When I phoned, I was told the people on the phone can't speak to the people who deal with pensions and also can't put me through. The apparently have no phone number. They also refused repeatedly to let me speak with a manager.
I contacted them on 23rd March about this online and still have no response.
