I can't rate these guys more highly. Their prices are always very competitive, delivery times are fast and the quality is very good.

Ordered a part Tuesday morning and arrived first thing Wednesday excellent price and good customer service

On 17/08 I paid for the order, on 7/10 I received information that the parcel was damaged during transit and refund will be issued for me, on 29/10 I received another information that the parcel had dangerous goods and the money would be returned to me. For this moment no refunds and no replies to emails.

Very fast, well packaged and all material ordered in good condition.

I ordered item (GE585392867GB) and paid for them on 18/05/2020. First time I contacted LRDirect by e-mail after two weeks (02/06/2020) because the status of the order on the web page was still in phase "processing order" and I wanted to cancel the order.
Then LRDirect answered me and apologies for the delay because of an "COVID and error in our warehouse" and ask for the opportunity to ship the parts again. I answered on 09/06/2020 and gave them a second chance to deliver me the ordered items.
Then I received an invoice and a and even the tracking number from DHL and I thought that everything is going well. But the opposite was true. On 18/06/2020 I contacted LRDirect again and asked "how does it look with my order?". I received next appologies because of some "delay". I patiently waited for the ordered goods but nothing came. I contacted LRDirect again on August 10, 2020 and asked them to cancel the order immediately and return me money back. I received another apology on 12/08/2020 with the question of whether I would not give them another chance. After almost 3 months of waiting for the goods, I no longer wanted to give them another chance. I confirmed the cancellation and requested a refund of my money. On 14/08/2020 I received e-mail that they are "refund today". But no money came to my account. I waited two weeks and then asked my bank to start the complaint procedure and return me money back from LRDirect for the canceled order (it was a card payment). The bank returned the money to my account on 28/09/2020.
This is my experience. Be careful and you do better if you buy somewhere else.

I would recommend you to provide the availability for genuine Land Rover parts on stock, if this is possible, as demands from the customers are rising for genuine parts for the parts, where the big work has to be done to change them.

There was a couple of options for the parts I needed. I asked via Email and a couple of hours later i got information about the best option for me. Due to local import regulations i had to ask the sales team, and again they answered, clearing my doubts. Did the purchase and in less than a week I received my parts.

Quick service, prices that are almost always the most cost competitive. The packing sometimes let’s them down hence only four stars.

Excellent service and competitively priced. Also fast delivery to Germany. Highly recommended!
