Easily the worst experience by a company i've ever had. Bought frames on ikea, accidentally somehow added installation for two cheap small frames. No explanation and charged initially so didn't spot it. It was hidden in the conformation email. Workers arrive unannounced at the house despite request to cancel the order and photograph it despite being told not to. No support, or understanding. Ignored completely by customer service. Invoice more than doubled during the course of the week I was trying to get an explanation from them. Now i'm being ghosted. Never ordering from ikea and strongly recommending no over ever uses this companies services. Rude, unhelpful and predatory

Very disappointing experience. Luado's fixer, after already having asked me to change the date of the job two times because he had mistaken when he would be on vacation, never showed up. I did not get an apology. He just tried to gaslight me into thinking it was I who had mistaken the date. When I put obvious holes in his logic and provided documented evidence, his explanations became even more implausible. When I again countered this, he simply insisted that he did nothing wrong. Luado, unfortunately, did not seem to have much to offer as protection against this kind of behavior. Firstly, I am unable to leave a review of my experience. I wonder if this is because one can only leave a review if the job is done? If this is the case, it gives a VERY skewed/biased impression of the fixer that does not account for poor behavior. Secondly, as compensation, I was offered a small discount, but would have to get the job done with the same fixer due to a lack of alternatives. That's a poor option after having experienced such a lack of integrity and accountability.

I considered giving two stars because they did reply and try to offer a discount. However, I ultimately deducted that last star because of the lack of ability to leave a review when a fixer does not show up. Very disappointing experience.

This company in Finland luado with ikea is horrible they don’t pay the workers for months all ways excuses with money flow. They never replie back to messages or emails. What a shot company to have in Finland and Norway
