No customer service & no return possible
I ordered an item and it was defective after first use. I wrote to the customer service to find out what to do but received no response. I wrote again with an interval of 2 days, still no reply. I checked my item on their return system. I decided to wait another day before registering a return, just hoping to hear from the customer service. Once I did not get any response, I decided to create a return but this time I could not find the item I ordered in their system, although it was in the first 14 days of my order. Still no response from the customer service and although their website states that their products have a two-year long warranty, I have a defective product that I can't use.

I had to write a review in order for Luamaya to respond, there is no tracking number afterall. @luamaya please notify the customers beforehand whether there will be one.

I ordered from Luamaya on Feb. 9th and to date (Feb. 14th) I have not received any tracking information. I sent emails and no response from anyone. What’s the point mentioning customer service on your website when you don’t even reply to their inquiries? When I look up the order information (#LUA-EN-9104) on their website it still says confirmed. Has my order been sent at all??? Can like someone get back to me??

No tracking number, order is taking too long
Order shipped on December the 6th (#LUIT1863) and I haven’t received it yet. They have no clue on where it is since there’s no tracking number (something they should tell you before you purchase something). I know it’s holiday season but it’s really taking too long, I would definitely not recommend it especially if you have to make a gift!

I bought a pair of earrings a few weeks ago and I love them. They are beautiful, they did not give me allergy problems and for the moment the color has remained perfect despite I never taking them off to take a shower.
