I Definitely Wouldn't Recommend!

I definitely wouldn't recommend.
My son ordered a chair for me(Myles Ratten Back Accent Chair) online from this company on 26-02-26. He missed a call and voicemail from the company on 9-03-12. When he contacted them back(12-03-12) they explained that the chair that was ordered and paid for wasn't available any more but quite flippantly said that they'd deliver a different coloured one but because he missed their call the delivery date would be extended for "another two weeks or so". I decided to go with the different chair because I don't like hassle. It is now 25th March & there is no sign of the chair and no contact from the company.
